scientist
Hello,
1st of all you have to pursue in bachalor degree in physics, mathematics or life science. Or BTech. Then you can go for join ISRO for gain your knowledge and work value. After that you can try for NASA. You can be an Indian scientist of NASA. So keep studying and research well about this.
All the best.
Hello omkar,
You need to opt for Science after 10th class, and need to clear examinations like JEE mains etc to get a good college of BTech or you have to score good marks in your 12th boards examination as well as entrance examination for Bsc.
To become scientist in isro you need to score more than 65% or. 6.84 CGPA in BTech/ Mtech or bsc.if you get admission in Indian institute of space science and technology then it will be very easy for you to get a job in ISRO.
ISRO picks graduates from IITs and NITs directly, so you can go for these colleges as well.
Atlast you need to work hard, as the competition is high, but if you have passion then you will definitely get a job at ISRO.
I hope it helps,
Best of luck.
Hello Kritika sharma
I hope you are doing good . As per your query , I would like to inform you that for becoming a scientist you have to give Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana Exam (KVPY Exam) after your 12th class and score a good rank to initiate your carrer of isro scientist . Eligibilty of kvpy exam is to have atleast 60percent in mathematics, chemistry, physics in aggregate to appear for the exam .Hence you opt science stream with physics, chemistry, mathematics and computer science as your main subject
Hope you found this answer helpful. Good luck for your future
Hi Aspirant,
Yes you can surely become one but degree wise you need to apply to each degree in a single time. For example once you complete your MBBS or any course related to doctor you can continue after that the degree of space scientist. However without the degree too you can follow your passion. But i will suggest you to follow your dream at least complete one degree dedicatively.
Hope it helps!!
Hello aspirant,
Astronomy is one of the most competitive fields. Excellent background in high school maths and physics is required. Assuming that you have completed your MBBS ,you cant take up astronomy classes. But still you can earn a masters degree in ASTROBIOLOGY, you can sill work in space medicine fields, you can eventually become an astronaut too.
Thankyou
Ms in EE or Ece or computer science is very good department of your career. But for as scientists you can join ISRO. But for ISRO you have your Masters degree in science with you or Mtech or BTech degree. BE/B. Tech/Master of Science or equivalent degree with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.50 out of 10 for General & OBC category and minimum of 55% marks or CGPA 6.00 out of 10 for SC/ST & PD category. You may apply for only two preferences in or across the department. So you can apply Ms in ECE or EE or CSE department in ISRO but i don't think it works. Actually you can apply out of India. Like Germany, France, United States are very famous and good opportunities for Ms in this department.
Neuroscientists are basic scientists who may or may not have a degree in medicine. Most of them, however, are doctorates in neuroscience.
Once you earn your undergraduate degree, you'd move onto a master's degree with advanced courses in neuroscience or the biological sciences.
At the graduate level, you will want to choose a program that provides clinical lab experience and options to study neuroscience at depth. Next, you'll choose a Ph. D.
And lastly you don't need a mbbs for this course so their is no requirement for neet examination.
Hope this helps!!!
Identify the field in which you want to become a scientist. You could be scientist in Maths, Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Economy, potentially every field in which there is scope of research. Identify the are you like and then look out for good colleges in that particular field. Once you decide a few universities, see their admission process. Is it via an exam or interview. See the syllabus of the type of exam and then prepare for it. Look out which books could be helpful for that particular exam and start preparing.
After B.Sc. in Physics, you must pursue M.Sc. in Physics from reputed Public Universities or Higher Technical Institutes like Top IITs or IISc Bangalore, for stronger science education.
You need to hence, give the BARC OCES Test for Physics. Aceing the Exam followed by Personal Interview, you will be positioned as Trainee Scientist for one of the BARC Training Schools for a Probation Period of 1 year. Hence forth, you will be designated as Scientist at one of the BARC/Nuclear Facilities or Dvisions.
