If I do registration and pay security fee for UP state counseling round 2, but cant able do choice filling, then Am I eligible to do choice filling in round 3 without again registration and security fee payment????

Deepti Singh 27th Sep, 2024

Hello,

If you have registered and paid the security fee for Uttar Pradesh state counseling for round 2 but could not do choice filling, then you will be considered for round 3.

Once you have registered and paid the security fee of the earlier round such as Round 2, that usually remains valid for subsequent rounds, like Round 3. You will be permitted to participate in choice filling for Round 3 without paying the fee again.

But ensure that you verify this from UP NEET Counseling guidelines as some of these regulations do differ a little in each subsequent year. So keep eye on the deadline and notifications issued by counseling authority.

If i take up the college that I get in mcc round 3 will the security fees be refunded afterwards? I havent joined any college in round 1 and I wasnt alloted anything in round 2

sadafreen356 22nd Sep, 2024

Yes, if you accept a college in MCC round 3 and haven't joined any college in previous rounds of NEET counselling (including round 1 where you weren't allotted anything in round 2), your security deposit will be refunded to you as you did not accept a seat in the earlier rounds; the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) typically refunds the security deposit to candidates who do not take up a seat allotted to them during the counselling process.

I got a seat in mcc round 1 but I did not report to that college. I wasnt alloted anything in mcc round 2 so what happens to my security fees now? Can it be refunded if I get a seat in round 3?

Juee 22nd Sep, 2024

The security deposit may still be changed if you take part in later rounds, such as Round 3, subject to the following restrictions:

Forfeiture of Security Deposit: The security deposit is typically lost if you decide to leave the college after being given a seat in Round 1 or 2.
Should You Take Part in Round 3:
Your security charge will be applied to the new seat if you accept the seat you are assigned in Round 3, and it won't be lost.
Refund Policy: In most cases, the security deposit is returned if, at the conclusion of every round—including the mop-up round—you are not assigned a seat at all.
In Round 3, if you refuse the seat after being assigned one, or further.

Nfsu Delhi Jee main cut off for btech mtech cse cyber security

Juee Hote 15th Sep, 2024

The five-year combined B.Tech-M.Tech degree in Computer Science & Engineering (Cyber Security) is offered by the National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU) in Delhi. With topics like secure programming, network security, malware analysis, IoT security, and forensics, the curriculum offers an in-depth concentration on computer science, cybersecurity, and digital forensics.

In terms of cut-offs, NFSU bases its admissions decisions on the B.Tech program's JEE Mains rank. Because of the specialised nature of the program, competitive ranks for B.Tech-M.Tech in Cyber Security often fall within upper JEE Main rank bands. However, the actual cut-off for the Delhi campus changes based on criteria including category and seat availability.

There are 40 seats available for the Delhi campus, with reservations for members of the SC, ST, OBC, and EWS groups. For the first three years of the program, the tuition costs are approximately Rs65,000 each semester; after that, they rise to Rs 90,000 per semester.

The refund process for the security deposit you paid for the Rajasthan State Quota in the first round of AIQ counseling will depend on the specific policies and procedures of the Rajasthan government and the counseling authority.

Here are the general steps you can follow:

  1. Check the official website: Visit the official website of the counseling authority or the Rajasthan government's education department for the latest updates and information regarding the refund process.
  2. Contact the counseling authority: Reach out to the counseling authority directly through their helpline or email to inquire about the refund procedure and necessary documents.
  3. Submit required documents: Prepare and submit the necessary documents as requested by the counseling authority. These may include your admission letter, proof of joining through AIQ, and bank details for the refund.

if we exit aacc counselling totally after attending first round will the security deposit be refunded

Abhishek 27th Aug, 2024

Hi there,

Hope you are doing well.

If you exit the AACC  counseling process after attending the first round, the refund of the security deposit generally depends on the specific policies of the counseling authority and the regulations of the participating medical colleges.

Generally if you choose to exit the counseling process after participating in the first round, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund of the security deposit, but this is subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the counseling authority.

You have to first check the official guidelines provided by AACC or contact their helpline directly to understand the exact refund policy and procedures. Each counseling authority may have different rules regarding the refund of security deposits, so referring to the official documentation or seeking clarification from the counseling office will provide the most accurate information.

Hope this resolves your query.
