If you are eligible for getting fees reimbursement then you can avail fees reimbursement. If your TS EAMCET Rank is below 10,000 and your parent income should be less than Rs. 5 Lakhs if you belong to SC/ ST / Minority and Rs. 2 Lakhs for OC / OBC then you get full fees reimbursement if you get Rank more than 10,000 if you belong to Other than SC/ ST category then you'll get partial fees reimbursement if you eligible for the scholarship.
If you are Andhra Pradesh student and want to study in Telangana and want to get fee reimbursement then you can get if you are eligible for it. You need to apply for Scholarship and Andhra Pradesh Government will sanction your reimbursement request if you are eligible and submit relevant documents.

Yes bcs is a better option for a commerce student.
The eligibility criteria for BCS course:
The candidates must have completed 3 years Diploma course after SSC or Intermediate Commerce or Arts exams. Some colleges also conduct the entrance exam for the course.
You can do BSc in computer science. It will be more easy and peaceful if you had maths along with other commerce subjects in class 12th.

You can choose any stream of your choice, as you are interested in Science then go for it in 11 th standard and 12 th standard.
As you have taken ICSE board in 10 th standard then you can go for CBSE or State Board or any other recognised Board with science subjects.
Though candidates don't have commerce or arts in 10th they are taking up it in 11 th and 12th standard, as per their interest.

Yes you can join NDA but only for Indian Army because for Indian Air Force and Naval it requires Mathematics and Physics in 10+2.
