Hello,
Shah N.H Commerce college, Valsad offers 3 year B.Com (//B.Com) in Management Accounting and Auditing and B.Com (//B.Com) in Statistics in undergraduate level. It does not offer B.Com (//B.Com) Taxation. If you want to get adission in this course you need to seek admission in any other college.
Have look at the courses offered here http://www.shahnhcc.com/courses_offered.html
The basic eligibility criteria for pursuing M com in accounting and taxation degree is having graduation degree in commerce stream. However as an alternative criteria many universities accept graduation degree Honours in accountancy, Economics for business/ management studies for admission to M com.
Thank you.
You have to do bachelor's degree first which can be BA, BBA, BSc. There are many colleges which gives admission on the basis of CLAT entrance score exam and many college conducts it's own exam for selection.
After bachelor's degree , you have to take LSAT exam. then after you have to do LLM in taxation law from a law college. it is a 3 year course. After completion of LLM, you can take BAR exam and work as taxation lawyer. it will have different section , you can choose corporate one or check the process to get corporate section for work.
Hope it helps!
JEE main is for getting an admission in engineering science streams for graduation. BCom is a commerce stream and there is no link between these two. If you have pursured BCom then go for MCom.
You shouldn't appear jee main as it won't help you in anyway. Look for good college who provide MCom and join to make a better career for yourself.
