Dear Vivek,
Sabse pehle to aapko ye confirm karna hoga ki aapko kis level ka teacher banana hai, teen tarahh ke level hote hai- Primary, elementary aur Intercollegiative. Sabse pehel to aapko apni 12th aur graduation karni hogi kisi bhi chetra se, uske baad aapko post graduation karna hoga jaise ki BTC/Bed etc.
Isake baad appko teacher ki patrata ka test paas karna hoga jaise ki Kendra ke liye CTET aur Rajya ke liye TET, ab to inki patrata ajeevan kaal tak hai.
Uske baad har level ke Kendriya aur Rajyiya star pe Vacancy nikalti hai use bhar kar aapko pareksha deni hogi aur is pareeksha ko pass karke aap ek sarkaari teacher ban sakte hai, is pareksha me bahuvikalpi prashn pooche jaate hai.

Hello Simran,
JBT is Junior Basic Training which means after the completion of this course you will be eligible to teach primary/ elementary class children of government as well as private schools or institutions. As there is a difference in approaches of elementary education and senior secondary education, so in order to teach students of elementary class you will have to do B.ED. It all depends upon your interest.
Both of the teachers you have mentioned are great. These teachers had taken the way to teach biology to a pioneering level. Now you can follow both of them. But if you have to compare, then as per my experience I would say Dr. Geetendra Singh focuses more on fundamentals and his explanations are more likely to remember due to his amazing method of explanation.
I would say if you can try both of them and go for the one you feel the best for you. My experience can't be always the same with yours. So its better to discover yourself whats the best for you. I suggested my opinion based on my experience only.
I hope this answer helps. All the very best for your future endeavors!
