Sorry but you are not eligible to apply for law courses in TSLAWCET 2019.Eligibility Criteria of TS LAWCET 2019:- Those candidates are not eligible who opted for open or distance learning mode and passed in Class 12 and graduation from this mode directly without any basic qualification for prosecuting such studies. These candidates are not allowed for admissions in the 3/5 year LLB courses of the University.

Cut off changes where every year. Cut off depends on factors such as no of applicants and highest score.

The Common Eligibility Test (CET) There is a new proposal that has been introduced by the Government of india on 14th March 2018 inorder to conduct Common Eligibility Test 2019 for the CET 2019 SSC, Bank, Railway and other exams.
THe CET exams are conducted by the universities personally.
Eligibility Criteria For CET 2019
Candidates who will apply for Common Eligibility Test 2019 have to read the released notification very carefully to avoid some kind of mistakes at the time of filling of application form. It is compulsory for all the candidates to meet the eligibility conditions. Candidates who do not fulfill the eligibility criteria are not required to apply for the available post otherwise the application of such candidates will not be accepted. The eligibility criteria in a detailed manner will be announced in the official CET 2019 notification. However, general conditions to apply for CET are given below.
Candidates should be a citizen of India.Candidates should possess the required educational qualification from a recognized Institute/University.Candidates age should be in between the prescribed age limit. However, candidates belonging to the reserved categories shall be eligible for the age relaxation as per the Government Rules.
Procedure to apply:
Go to the UPTET portal for registration.
Read the given ‘Instructions’ carefully and then click on the ‘Continue’ button.
Do fill the applicant Name same as recorded in the High School Certificate/Mark sheet.
Further, Fill the Parent’s/Guardian’s Names recorded in the High School Certificate/Mark sheet.Fill the Date of Birth in the DDMMYYYY format same as recorded in the High School Certificate/Mark sheet.
Fill the address for the correspondence with the PIN code.
Fill out the name of the test center as per your convenience.
Fill your Caste Category (GEN/SC/ST/OBC).
Fill your special category CAP/SP/PH/NCC (if any).
Fill in the Aadhar Card Number.
Upload the Photo and Signature in the required format and required size.
Before submitting the Application Form read all the filled in details.
Then click on the ‘Submit’ button for the submission of the Application Form.
Make the payment of the Application Fee by using Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking.
After successful registration, candidates will receive Unique User Id which will be used for further communications.

There is no upper age limit for a candidate to apply for the Telangana LAW Common Entrance Test 2019.
So, for BC'S OR SC'S OR for any other there is no upper age limit.

Dear Vinay, Candidates whi have completed their 10+2 or graduation/post graduation through open universities directly without any basic qualification for prosecuting such studies will not be eligible. So lets say you finished your 10th and then completed your 10+2 as an Open student, then you are eligible. However if you didnt study 10th but directly studied 10+2 as an Open student then you cannot appear for TS LAWCET.
