Yes, you can write MBBS exam in Telugu language from 2017 onwards. Previously, before 2016, students can only write in English and Hindi but after 2017, anyone who is applying for MBBS exam can write in Telugu, Tamil, Gujarati, Bengali, Marathi, English, Hindi and Assamese.

Hope you are doing great ! This thing can't be told so accurately but yes possibility of getting any Telugu student is there in gmc mumbai ,also i have visited there and met some of them . But yes it is also true that number is not so large ,only a few were there ,in the present nothing can't be said .

As of now, NCERT Books (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) are not officially available in Telugu Medium. But there is a Zoology Book available in the market which are written in Telugu Language, and are based on NCERT. It goes by the name - NCERT Based Zoology For Neet (Neet Eamcet) - Telugu Medium (by Meenakshi Rao. Maadiraju).

For your NEET UG score you have less chances of getting Government seat in Medical Colleges in Karnataka but you can get Management quota seat in Private Medical Colleges in Karnataka based on previous year's cut-offs.

With the marks of 315 in NEET and belonging to the general category , the chances of getting a seat in the government medical colleges is not at all possible. However you may try for private medical colleges also through management quota seats which might be quite possible. The private medical colleges in Tamil Nadu include

According to the reports, for linguistic minoritiy category seat ,the cutoff for previous years is nearly 434 for Vydehi Medical College for general category.
