First of all, I want to tell you that with dedication, will power, correct schedule and thus time management you can clear NEET while being in a college simultaneously.
As you said your 10 hours goes in attending college lectures. So in a day you are left with 14 hours only. From that too 7 hours of sleeping because sleeping is necessary. So in the remaining time you want to prepare for NEET. It will be difficult but not impossible because you have already studied the subjects in your class 11th and 12th, so you just have to practice the concept. And if you will attend your college lectures carefully then you will surely get good marks in semester examination.
You will get many time tables available but only you can make you own schedule according to your life style.
Below are a few tips which would surely help you:
Have a schedule fixed for yourself: It will help you set your priorities and you will save alot of time.
Find out the common syllabus/topics (neet syllabus and college course's syllabus): By doing you are going to reduced the pressure and both the things will be done parallel to each other.
Important topics list: keep a note of most important concepts and formulae or reactions. Recite them whenever you got time.
Do not mix things: Have breaks and the revision sessions.

Many students have faced this due to current pandemic. Also due to some personal issues.

Hope that helps.
Hello,
Neet is highly competitive as it is the way to get admitted to important colleges like AIIMS,JIPMER etc . One should invest 6-7 hrs of time for studies. As the date is coming near you should divide the topics accordingly.Biology is the rank determining factor so make sure you read ncert 10-15 times and get thorough with the topics.Give equal time for all the subjects and solve questions daily. Solve previous year and do mock test on daily basis. Study all 3 subjects a day so that it will be helpful for the exam while moving from one subject to other. Learn the easy topics first. Sleep is also an important factor.
Read the topics in the early morning and solve problems in the noon. Also provide time for recreation. The link for the syllabus is given below

JEE Main is more of a strategy than harkwork. Instead of starting a new Text now before the Exam, you must get accustomed with JEE Main Previous Years, correct your Test Taking strategy and consider a routined preparation for yourself. If youve not yet started HC Verma or RD Sharma, dont start it now, its too late for the remaining attempts. First, you must be thorough with your NCERT Books, followed by practising sample and previous years for JEE Main and analyzing the Detailed Solutions. Some of the other crucial materials, I believe you must refer before remaining JEE Main Attempts are
1. Physics, Chemistry Arihant Handbook
2. Allen Mathematics Handbook (PDF Available)
3. Resonance JEE Main Rank Booster (PCM)

Hello aspirant,
Yes you have enough time to prepare for JEE Mains 2022. You can manage easily between two exams because both exams have almost same concepts but one is descriptive exam and the other is object exam. First prepare the concepts and then practice and solve problems related to that topic then you can cover both the exams. Daily study for 8 to 10 hours. Divide time for both descriptive and Objective.
