UGC
Hello prakash,
Ugc guidline has come and its upto state to state to cancle the exam or postponed, so the exams were postponed as final year students get degree in last year and companies will prefer the students who has given exams, so it will be beneficial for you, if you give exams. Intermediate students are passed based on internal marks as they are not getting degree this year and they are not in final year, so company would not visit, so there is not problem for intermediate class student.
So just focus on your studies and this is very good chance to get good marks, as you have much time to study.
So, All the best for your future.
Dear Aspirant,
UGC yesterday on 6 July gave the guidelines of final year examination. In that you can conclude that the UGC has decided to take final year examination of all Universities in India. The examination will be conducted in a defined Standard Operating Procedure.
The whole guideline is given in the link below:
https://news.abplive.com/education/ugc-new-guidelines-for-university-exams-2020-read-university-semester-final-year-exams-live-updates-1278301
Hope this clears your doubt.
Thank you!!
Dear Student,
UGC has not officially gazette this guideline, it is definitely under considering and a formal notification is to be issued. However do understand that if they allow it then one of the programs will have to be regular classes and the other via distance learning. In your case it is better to do your M.Sc as a regular class and your B. Ed through distance learning as for your B.Ed a graduation is sufficient.
Good Luck

For reopening of higher education institutions, UGC is developing guidelines which will be shared with the institutions soon. We will keep in mind the protocols of the Ministry of Health, inputs of home ministry and also we have to capture the diversity so we will come up with guidelines for reopening of Universities soon.
Health of students is the prime concern so we'll have to follow the social distancing and are thinking of blended learning such as multiple shifts for the students. For example few Students will take physical classes, few students will take online classes, few will do lab work and few will work on projects.
Also, in our guidelines we will capture the health related issues such as health checkups, use of Arogya Setu app.
In our suggested Academic calendar also we have suggested higher education institutions that for the older batch, session can start in August and for the new batch in September but now I think we will have to relook at this. As the cases are increasing, we are thinking of broader, flexible, suggestive guidelines again for reopening of the higher education institutions taking into account the various guidelines and protocols of the Government of India, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and Ministry of Home Affairs.

For studying MBBS from any college you should check if it has been approved by the Medical Council of India or MCI. Now MCI has been scrapped in favour of National Medical Commission or NMC. This is what you need to check about any Medical College. We have Government Medical Coleges, Private Medical Colleges and Deemed/Central Universities. Private Medical Colleges do not participate in All India Counselling and the seats are filled through State Counselling alone. And for appearing for State Counselling you need to hold the domicile of that particular State. Or else the only other option is through Management Quota. Under All India Quota, All the 15% of All India Quota Seats except for Jammu and Kashmir, 100% Seats at Deemed and Central Universities, IP Quota seats in ESIC Colleges, Seats at AFMC, AIIMS and JIPMER are filled by DGHS. The 85% State Quota and Private Colleges are filled by the respective State Authorities. And there are 3 Categories in Private Medical Colleges. Category A is the Government Quota Seats. And only candidates of the home State are eligible to apply for these seats. B Category seats are also called Management Quota Seats and they are filled through State Counselling and the remaining seats are filled through direct Admissions by contacting the College directly. Here the fees is usually nothing less than 40 lakhs. The last Category is NRI seats Category and you cannot apply for that
