What do you mean by formal agency of eduction ?

pri111nah 21st May, 2022

HI,

Formal agencies are those institutions and organizations which are set up by the society deliberately with the exclusive aim imparting definite and ready-made tidbits of knowledge in a specified time under a structured environment.

There are well-defined aims and objectives, specific curriculum, definite teachers and students, definite and fixed time and place in such agencies. In short, everything or every aspects of education are pre-planned or planned in advance. Such agencies include school, college, university, library, religious institution, the recreation club, the museum, picture and art galleries, zoo, etc.

Informal agencies are those institutions which exercise a great educative influence upon the individuals indirectly and ceaselessly throughout their life. They are called indirect agencies influencing the behaviour of the individuals. Education is provided to the individuals informally and unconsciously. These agencies lack all formalities, rules, systematization, pre-planning, premeditation or training.

There are not particular places or location for imparting education. Individuals learn incidentally and naturally by their own initiatives and efforts. Among the agencies of informal education are family, community, state, social gathering, play-ground, associations, religious ceremonies, crowds, market places, cinema house, news-paper, fairs, exhibitions, radio, television, public meeting, field trip etc.

Hope this helps.

Discuss in detail the concept and process of hydrosere .

Sakshi Sharma 14th May, 2022

Greetings of the day aspirant !!

Hydrosere also known as Hydrarch succession . The succession originates in a aquatic environment is called hydrosere. Such a succession doesn't lead to the development of a land community. If the water body is sufficiently large and with wave action , the succession usually results in the formation of a large aquatic climax community.

If the hydrosere starts from a comparatively small water body such as a pond , there is always a high probability for the formation of a terrestrial climax community.

I hope this solution helps you.

Revert back for further queries.

Good luck :-)

In 2019, under State Quota, 533 marks secured a seat in GMC, Jammu under General Category. That was the cut off. Now this is 2019 data and cut odds change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So for a seat in this College, you will need to target atleast 550-575.

And if you are preparing for NEET, you may as well try our NEET Knockout package:

And because you have 2 more months to prepare for NEET, you may as well use this opportunity.

I hope this helps.

Can i do B. Ed (regular) and M. A (Distance) from University of Jammu, Jammu at the same time?

sadafreen356 28th Jan, 2022

Hello,

In india it is illegal to pursue two degree courses simultaneously however ugc gives permission to do regular course with part time courses, open university courses, distance learning And online courses.so,you can do M.A+B.ed together.

I suggest you to go for dual course if it enhances your skill in the same field and which can be useful in future.to do course together just to add number to your degrees is meaningless.

Good luck!!
