Yes, you will be able to get admission based on the score in second session in BITSAT 2022 exam as you have applied for BITSAT session 1 and session 2 at once. But in case a candidate haven't applied for session 2 while applying for session 1 but wish to apply for session 2 after the session 1 exam concluded then he/she can apply only if he/she appeared for session 1. You have applied for session 1 and session 2 so you can apply for session 2 if ypu couldn't appear for session 1. The application fee is non refundable and non transferable so you cannot claim the application fee that you have paid for session 1.

With qualification of just 12th you cannot appear in UPSC civil services examination.
This is because,
to be eligible you need a graduate degree
So after your 12th you need to pursue graduation like BA, Bsc, Btech or any other graduation course in any discipline from a recognised university to be eligible.
And then after graduation or in your final year of graduation you can appear in UPSC and after qualifying it you can become IAS, IPS, IRS etc on the basis of rank obtained by you in UPSC.
For reference, UPSC eligibility criteria is provided below:-
------------------------) You must have a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university .
------------------------) Minimum age limit :- you need to be at least 21 years old to be eligible as on 1st of August of the year of filling the form
------------------------) Maximum age limit :- 32 years , also there's 3 year relaxation on upper age limit for obc and of 5 years for sc/st category as on 1st August of the year of examination
------------------------) Attempt limit:- The maximum of times one can appear in UPSC is given below category wise :-
General/ EWS - 6
OBC or General PwD - 9
SC/ ST - No limit , can appear till upper age limit .

NATIONALITY
You should be citizen of India

Your UPSC civil services examination consists of three stages
********prelims exam :- it is objective paper and is of qualifying nature , so you just need to at least qualify it to be eligible for mains examination, the score /marks obtained by you in your prelims examination is not added up or used in your final merit. Your prelims exam consist of 2 papers: -

You get 2 hours for each paper
********Mains exam. :- it is descriptive /written examination . There are a total of 9 papers which are listed below:-

The compulsory indian language and english are qualifying in nature . You just need to qualify them. The marks obtained by you in these two papers will not be counted towards merit list.

So with regard to your query, No not at all. You need not register for the KCET again. KCET is a state level examination, it has nothing to do with the MBBS course. However, after securing the rank you need to submit and verify the documents of you in the KEA.
KCET is a state level examination for the state level courses. Even to get MBBS course you should appear for the NEET exam.

It actually depends on the firms and also upon you how you are performing in the company. If the company recognises your work and if you can show some useful work to the company then definitely you can earn well in that company.
