what after PGCET option entry do we get colleges or do we need to submit Xerox documents and we get colleges?

Sharon Rose Student Expert 14th Jan, 2022

Hello,

After the filling the web options KEA will release the seat allotment which you can check in the candidate login portal. The seat allotment will be based on merit in the entrance examination, category, preferences of institute/branch and seat availability. If you are allotted a seat in an institute and if you wish to accept the seat you need to pay the prescribed fee and report at the allotted institute. On reporting the requisite documents will be collected and the admission process takes place.  This has to be done on or before the last date as specified.

i lost my PGCET application form and challan original copies after document verification do i need them now to take admission or its ok coz I have my Xerox copy?

Subhrajit Mukherjee 12th Jan, 2022

If your document verification is completed, then you will not need the Documents any more and the xerox copy will work. But if your document verification isn't done i.e., your provisional admission isn't confirmed then you need to have the original documents. Also having the original document for future purpose is always beneficial.

Can I submit Xerox of my school study certificate during state councelling ? as I lost original certificate .Will it be a problem during cerficate verification?

ayanmukherjee045 29th Dec, 2021

Dear student,

I would like to suggest you to download the digilocker app and you can download your important certificates from there by giving your UID number and index number which would be mentioned in your xerox copy.

Take out the colour.print out of that file and laminate it for future reference.

sir i got 774 rank ap lawcet. recently I lost my original ssc marksmemo 2000 year pass out. i have Xerox copie and having all other Original documents. With out ssc original marksmemo is it possible to apply counseling. is it acceptable. please reply. thank you

Sharon Rose Student Expert 6th Dec, 2021

Hello,

You need to carry the original certificates along with the photo copies of SSC, Intermediate and Degree certificate ( if seeking admission to LLB) at time of document verification at the help ine center. It is mandatory to obtain Original SSC certificate at the document verification without it your document verification will be incomplete and you will not be eligible to exercise web option ultimately you will not get admission in any institute. You need to apply for duplicate SSC certificate in the school you have passed SSC and obtain the certificate on or before the document verification of AP LAWCET.

which xerox copy should we take for verification ?i mean is it ok if i take all balck and white xerox (instead of colour copies)and original certificates to the verification..

Prangya panda 1st Dec, 2021

The colour of the xerox copies doesn't really matter. You can take black and white xerox copies or coloured xerox copies, according to your wish. But yes, you have to  carry your original certificates with you for document verification as this is an important step in every admission process. So, don't take stress about the colour of the xerox copies. You can carry anyone of your choice as it is not that much important.

i lost my roc form but i have a xerox can i submit it at alloted college ts eamcet please answer fast i dont have time.....?🥺

Subhrajit Mukherjee 12th Nov, 2021

See a photocopy of the certificate is required for the admission but this doesn't mean that they will not ask for the original certificate. So I would recommend you to find it or get it issued by the authorities. If its not possible, then I would recommend you to take the xerox to your DM/SDO/BDO/any gazetted officer and get attested. Along with it file an complaint to the PS regarding the loss of your document and then take the receipt of the complaint to your alloted college. If you get this then there can be a chance they may allow but not sure about it. You may face a little problem due to this but if you can try what I have said above.
