i lost my income certificate and i have xerox can I show my xerox copy for certification verification for clg admission

Hello there,

For document verification during college admission you should always carry original as well as multiple copies of your documents. However in your case you can submit the photo copy, usually they will accept it but in case they want the original document then ask for some time and properly explain your reason.

Meanwhile try getting the original one made since you already have the photocopy so it won't take much time.

see you should upload the original certificate jpg image as per format given in the official site. it is best to upload the original certificate only while filling online application form.

Yes you can upload the scanned copy of category (SC/ST) Certificate in pdf format (File size should be between 10K and 300KB) in gate application form.But if your caste certificate is expired or not as per central government format,it will get rejected.

I have studied 1st to 7th in one school,8th to 10th in other school,i dont have original conduct for 1st to 7th ,i only have the xerox copy of it.but i have original conduct certificate from 8th to 10th and also inter.will they accept if i submit xerox copy of 1st to 7th,original of 8th-10th,inter.

Hello,

If you are enquiring regarding TS EAMCET document verification it is mandatory that you have to carry study certificate from Class 6th to Intermediate. You have to carry all the original requisite documents and two sets of photo copies of it to the HLC on the day of the document verification. Without producing the requisite original documents your document verification will be unsuccessful. The list of the requisite documents is given below

  • TSEAMCET -2021 Rank Card
  • TSEAMCET -2021 Hall Ticket
  • Aadhar Card.
  • S.S.C or its equivalent Marks memo.
  • Intermediate or its equivalent Memo-Cum-Pass Certificate.
  • Class 6th to Intermediate or its Equivalent Study Certificates.
  • Transfer Certificate (T.C).
  • Income Certificate issued on or after 01-01-2021 by competent authority, if applicable.
  • EWS Income Certificate issued by Tahsildar valid for the year 2021-22, if applicable.
  • Caste Certificate issued by competent authority, if applicable.
  • Residence Certificate of candidate for a period of 7 years preceding to qualifying examination in case where the candidate has no institutionalized education.
  • Special categories requisite certificates, if applicable.

Hello aspirant,

Below is the following documents you have to produced during verification for KCET2021

  • KCET 2021 application form

  • Proof of application fee payment

  • KCET 2021 admit card

  • Marksheet of 12th Standard

  • Marksheet of 10th Standard
  • Transfer Certificate of 12 standard
  • Two recent passport size photographs
  • Study Certificate Counter signed by the concerned BEO( Block Education Officer) /DDPI(Deputy Director of Public Instruction)

You have produced Study certification as original and xerox copy of it while documents verification.

You can ask from your previous schools where you have studied for study certification .

For KCET document verification, you have to submit the study certificate of every school you have studied(from 1st standard primary school to 12th standard).

Hello,

A Bonafide Certificate is a document issued as proof that you belong to a particular educational instituteand you have show original certificate.If you will carry xerox then they might not accept it.
Other documents that you need to carry are mentioned below:

Nativity or Residence Certificate issued by TS Government

EAMCET 2021 Rank Card Printable Copy from web

SSC / 10th Class Mark list issued by State Board like BIEAP or etc.

Mark list of Intermediate or Equivalent issued by State Board and etc

Study/Bonafide Certificate from Class III to Class X and SSC/ Intermediate or Equivalent (10+2).

Income Certificate issued by Meeseva, e-Seva after January 1, 2021 to be submitted for candidates claiming fee exemption.

PH/NCC/CAP/Sports and Games Certificates (if applicable).

Transfer Certificate.

For SC/ST/BC/Minorities: Caste Certificate (if applicable)

Hello,

You can ask your college to give your TC they will provide you with your original TC for photocopy. You can take original and then give it back to your college. Contact your college administration for the documents. If you loose your TC and fail to submit it to your college you may face problems.

Hey,
Its ok if you lost it. You can very easily print the e-generated adhar card with following steps.

Step 1:Firstly visit the official website for Aadhar.
Step 2:Click on Download Aadhaar option. It can be seen on My Aadhaar option.
Step 3:Choose the Aadhaar Number option.
Step 4:Enter your 12-digit Aadhaar Number. Choose I want a masked Aadhaar option.
Step 5:Enter Captcha Code. Now, click on Send OTP to get it on your registered mobile number.
Step 6:Enter the OTP.
Step 7: Click on Verify AndDownload. And its done.

Hi aspirant,

The best and quickest solution to it would be using the Digilocker online app. Basically all your government documents, certificates and marksheets linked with your AADHAR number are available on the app as a soft copy. You can either get a print out of your marksheet or upload the soft copy itself which ever is instructed.

Later on you can apply in the concerned board for the duplicate copy of your marksheet.
