No, it won’t cause any problem in counselling or in your future if you’re giving improvement exams next year in three subjects and end up with marksheets from two different years. Many students appear for improvement exams and it’s completely valid. During counselling, you’ll just have to submit both your original and improvement marksheets, and the best marks out of both will be considered wherever applicable. Just make sure the improvement exams are from the same board and are properly recorded. Keep both marksheets safe and present them whenever required.
The student may be eligible for a partial or full refund of the Rs.10,000 security deposit (Rs.5,000 each for ABVMU UPCNET and UPCPNET), depending on the refund policy of the respective counselling authorities.
Usually:
If the seat is not taken or admission is not completed, and the student withdraws within the given time, security deposit is refundable after deducting any processing charges.
But if the student got a seat and didn’t join, refund may not be guaranteed unless the university explicitly allows it under area/location-related withdrawal cases.
The student should immediately:
1. Check the official brochure or counselling guidelines for refund rules.
2. Email or contact the counselling authority (ABVMU or concerned university).
3. Attach proof of allotment and payment receipts while requesting a refund.
Note: Refund rules vary each year, so direct confirmation from the official source is the safest step.
If you are a Phase 2 student and got a seat in the CSE branch at SBIT (Swarna Bharathi Institute of Science and Technology), then you can download your allotment order from the official website of Telangana EAPCET which is tgeapcet.nic.in. You need to log in using your hall ticket number and password.
The Phase 2 allotment result was released on 29 July 2025. If you got a seat, you had to pay the fee and complete self-reporting online by 1 August 2025. After that, you had to visit the college (SBIT) in person for physical reporting between 31 July and 2 August 2025. The college will confirm your joining after you report with all documents.
In 2024, the last rank to get CSE in SBIT through Phase 2 was around 64639 for general category students. If your rank is better than that, you had a good chance of getting admission.

Hello Priyanka
With 62 percent in Class 12th, you are eligible to get admission in D.El.Ed. (Diploma in Elementary Education).
The minimum criteria in most states is that you should have 50% marks in your class 12th. As you clearly have more than that, you are eligible to purse D.El.Ed.
