Hello,
As per your queries, I would like to tell you that government BAMS institutions of a demand Neet scores above 500+ for students in the general category. The cutoffs, however, maybe lower in some cases, even between 300 and 400 for reserved categories like SC, ST and OBC. It is improbable that you would get admitted to a government BAMS institution with a score of 192, particularly under the all India quota.
However, depending on the state and seed availability, certain private BAMS University is may except applicants with low scores. You can try in states like Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, and Maharashtra through management quota or NRI quotas.
Take part in state - level counselling and try on private colleges through management quota after checking their cutoffs.

Being a general category girl applicant from Uttar Pradesh with a NEET 2025 rank of 230 494 will make it difficult to acquired a government seat in BAMS or BHMS due to high competition in Uttar Pradesh.
You have a slight chance in BHMS government seats especially if some seeds go unfilled mop up or stray vacancy rounds.
