Hi I need to get admission for Ukg what is the process and howmuch fee

hemanth kumar 14th Jun, 2025

To get admission in UKG (Upper Kindergarten), the usual process involves a few simple steps. You have to identify the schools you are interested in and major on the admission dates. In the majority of schools, you are required to complete an application form, either online or on-site. Simple records such as birth certificate of your child, proof of address, and passport-size photographs will have to be provided. Most schools even have a brief interactivity or playtime with children to observe how they cope. There are also wide ranges of fees that are based on the facilities and location of the school, however, you should anticipate registration fees, as well as annual fees and monthly tuition. It’s best to apply early because seats fill fast!

I have passed puc 2 2025 , I am taking drop for jee 2026 , I wanna write puc 2 again can I write next year , can I write only 1 subject or all pls tell

gopi 14th Jun, 2025

Hello Aspirant,

It is possible to take the PUC 2 (Karnataka Board) again in 2026 even though you've passed it in 2025. You typically do this to better your marks. You can take all the subjects or you can choose to just take a certain subject(s) (like one subject) focused within the Improvement Exam scheme. You'd have to register through your college or the Karnataka Pre-University Board when they will announce the online or offline registration. Check the official notification for the various deadlines and subjects.

I am qualified and get the rank of 44215 is there any chance to get seat in your college sir

Saumya Tripathi 16th Jun, 2025

Dear Sekhar,

Thank you for your query.

With a rank of 44,215, your chances of getting a seat depend on several important factors:

1. Course and branch preference – Some courses have higher closing ranks, especially in less competitive branches.

2.Category (General/SC/ST/OBC/EWS) – Reserved category candidates may get preference as per the reservation policy.

3. Seat availability in the desired institution – Colleges with more seat intake and less demand might still have availability in later rounds.

4. Counselling participation – Make sure you participate in all counselling rounds and keep your options wide.

You may have better chances in private or aided colleges or during the spot counselling (if conducted). Also, regularly check the official JEECUP portal for real-time cut-off trends and updates.

Recommendation: Fill as many college and branch options as possible during choice filling to maximize your chances.

Wishing you the best for your admission.

What will be better, BSc (Hons) Physics in LPU or BSc (Hons) Geology in UPES?

Shubham Jha 14th Jun, 2025

Dear student,

Choosing between B.Sc. (Hons) Physics at LPU and B.Sc. (Hons) Geology at UPES depends mainly on your interests and career goals.

If you're inclined towards a broader science field with opportunities in research, data science, academics, or government exams, then Physics at LPU is a solid choice. LPU offers strong lab infrastructure, international exposure, and decent placements—with a reported median package of Rs. 7.25 LPA in 2023, which is impressive for a B.Sc. program. The campus life and flexibility to switch fields later are added advantages.

On the other hand, if you’re genuinely interested in earth sciences, environmental studies, or working in sectors like oil, gas, or mining, then Geology at UPES is worth considering. UPES is known for its strong industry links and practical orientation in energy and environmental domains. While detailed placement stats for geology aren't always published, UPES generally has decent industry engagement, especially in its core sectors.

In short:

  • Go for LPU Physics if you want flexibility, diverse career options, or aren't yet fixed on a specific industry.

  • Choose UPES Geology if you’re passionate about fieldwork, natural sciences, and want to enter resource-based industries.

Pick what aligns best with your interest—not just the brand or package. That’s what will matter in the long run.

will gkvk college office management seats for bsc agriculture? if they offer what is the total fee structure in gkvk college for Bsc agriculture in management seats??

hemanth kumar 14th Jun, 2025

GKVK college does not have management quota in B.Sc Agriculture. The admissions are only on the basis of KCET merit or Agriculturist quota. The 4-year course costs about 85,000 to 90,000 roughly payable in annual installments. There is no other way out, and one should concentrate on KCET preparation and apply before the deadline

My approximate score is 176.15 out of 200 without any normalisation. As an out of state candidate, would I get into college of engineering guindy or madras institute of technology ?

hemanth kumar 14th Jun, 2025

Having scored approx 176.15 out of 200 in KCET, without normalization, that is a extremely high score, more so as an out of state applicant. So out of state seats are less and more competitive, though you have a good chance in the Karnataka top ranked engineering colleges, more so in Computer Science, ECE or IT branch, depending upon the individual cutoff trends. But admission in the very popular government colleges such as UVCE or RVCE may be a squeeze under open category as there are few seats available to non-Karnataka students.
