After josaa final round 6, how do I get refund my fees amount but I am waiting to participate csab

Prachi Kumari 21st Jul, 2025

Hello,

If you are planning to participate in CSAB special rounds, do not apply for a refund now . Your JoSAA fee will be adjusted in CSAB rounds.

But if you do not want to take part in CSAB , and you didn’t get any seat or you withdrew, then you can apply for a refund through the JoSAA portal.

So in short:

  • If you will join CSAB: No need to apply for refund now.

  • If not joining CSAB: Apply for refund on JoSAA portal (as per the schedule)

Hope it helps !

I seen in careers360 their is cuet ug entrence exam for 3 Years LLB COURSE BUT when I go NTA website where show cuet Pg for Llb I am very confuse

Prachi Kumari 21st Jul, 2025

Hello,

The 3 year LLB course is offered after graduation, so it comes under CUET PG , not CUET UG. So, there is a difference in 3 year & 5 year LLB Courses .

If you are looking to take admission in a 3 year LLB programme, you need to apply through CUET PG , as conducted by NTA. CUET UG is for courses after Class 12, like BA, BSc, or 5 year integrated law programmes.

  • 5 year LLB is under CUET UG.

  • 3 year LLB is under CUET PG (because it’s a post graduate course).

Hope it helps !

My Schedule Tribe community is 320 in TNEA 250. Which college and course might i get?

Nikita shahi 21st Jul, 2025

Hello,

If you're from the Scheduled Tribe category and have scored 320 marks in TNEA, you have a chance of getting admission into government or government-aided engineering colleges in Tamil Nadu, especially in courses where competition is a bit lower. While top branches like Computer Science and Electronics might be slightly competitive even within the ST category, you can still aim for good colleges offering Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.

Your community rank and cut-off trends for this year will play a big role, but with your score, Tier 2 government colleges or self-financed colleges with a good reputation you can try.

My daughter failed in Physics and chemistry unit test of class 11 .What should i do?should i change her stream?

Taabia Fathima 22nd Jul, 2025

Hello sir,

Thanks for reaching out!

I'd recommend not rushing to change her stream before fully understanding the situation. A failed unit test is not uncommon in class 11 since it's a period of academic transition where many students need time to adjust. struggling in unit test doesn't define her capability.Instead of switching stream immediately, talk to your daughter and try to understand her interests. If she truly like science but didn't perform well this time and she believes that she has the potential to grow, That's okay she may just need a better guidance, a tutor or a new study routine. With support and effort she can catch up and grow.but If her heart is'nt in science and she feels more connected to another stream then its wise to consider a change .

The goal is to help her learn in a space where she feels confident, capable and inspired.

Better guidance for clarity:

How many days will it take to return my certificates by the allotted college through ts eapcet if I cancel my seat??

Prachi Kumari 21st Jul, 2025

Hello,

If you cancel your seat through TS EAPCET , the allotted college usually takes about 7 to 15 days to return your original certificates.

However, the exact time may vary depending on the college. It's a good idea to contact the college directly for a clear update.

Hope it helps !

What is the most appropriate merit in mht cet for admission i.e all India, home univeristy, etc?

Nikita shahi 22nd Jul, 2025

Hi ,

The merit list in MHT CET is structured in a way to consider multiple categories: All India Merit, Home University Merit, and State Merit, among others. The most appropriate one for you depends on the type of institute you're applying to and your domicile status.

  • Home University Merit applies to students applying in colleges within their home region.
  • While state merit ranks all candidates from Maharashtra collectively.
  • And all India merit is used for candidates from outside Maharashtra or those applying under All India quota seats.

If you are from Maharashtra and applying to a college in your local region, your rank in the Home University list will be most significant. For autonomous or private colleges, they might look at the State Merit or even All India merit depending on the seat type.
