Jnv test selection summer bound 2025 regelt

Nikita shahi 3rd Aug, 2025

Hi,

If you’re awaiting summer-bound selection results for JNV 2025, they typically publish the selected student list around April–May. The results appear on the official JNVST portal under the Result tab. If it’s early August and you haven’t seen anything yet, it’s possible that summer-bound rounds are delayed or pending. Keep checking the NVS website for updates. Often delays are due to candidate verification or seat vacancies. You can also contact the regional office via email or phone listed on the site. Be patient many students get shortlisted even in supplementary rounds.

Thank you!

Samrat Prithviraj College Ajmer conduct M.A. private in geography subject?

Nikita shahi 3rd Aug, 2025

Hello Mahi!

Samrat Prithviraj College in Ajmer usually runs regular and private M.A. programs. However, whether they have offered M.A. Geography as a private option depends on the university’s rules .In recent years, private M.A. seats have been available in subjects where student demand remains consistent. I recommend contacting the college’s postgraduate admissions office or checking the university admission brochure online. If Geography appeared in previous years’ private courses list, it's likely to continue.

Good luck!

Yash Teotia 3rd Aug, 2025

Hello Supriya

As you have done a dual undergraduate degree (BA.B.ED) you should choose graduation in the Essential Qualification section as both BA and B.ED are graduation degrees in themselves.

As BA.B.ED is a undergraduate degree, it is a graduation degree itself.

In MHT CET Cap round process, if I submitted 24 choices in option form and got allotment in my 13th choice. If I want betterment and I entered in second round. Now while editing the option form, am I able to add some new colleges in it which were not added in Round 1? Can I add choice betn 13 and 24

Nikita shahi 3rd Aug, 2025

Hi Vedant!

Yes, you can. In MHT CET CAP rounds, once you proceed to Round 2, you have the flexibility to add new college choices that you didn’t list in Round 1. However, these must be of equal or lower preference level than the original allotment 13th or below.. You cannot insert a new choice above your allotted rank only rearrange or append lower-ranked options. This is how seat upgrades happen when better institutions become available. Make sure to save and submit the updated choice list within the editing window before Round 2 deadline.

Hope you will find it helpful!

I am domiciled in maharashtra and my caste(SC)certificate is of gujarat as I was born in Gujarat. I cant avail reservation in state counselling as my caste certifcate is issued in gujarat but can I avail reservation for mumbai colleges through AIQ mcc counselling??

Nikita shahi 3rd Aug, 2025

Hi,

Thank you for your question

If you hold Maharashtra domicile but your SC certificate is from Gujarat, you cannot claim SC reservation in Maharashtra state counselling. Your caste certificate must be from the same state you’re applying in. However, you can still participate in All India Quota through MCC for NEET, which doesn’t rely on state domicile or caste. AIQ admissions only consider NEET score and central reservation categories so yes, you can avail AIQ seats based on your status if your Gujarat certificate is accepted nationally. Remember to carry all documents during AIQ counselling for verification.

JIS University course is AICTE approved?

Ayush Madanpotra 3rd Aug, 2025

Yes, JIS University in West Bengal offers courses that are AICTE approved. It is a private university established in 2014 by the state government. The university is approved by UGC, and its technical and professional courses like engineering, management, and pharmacy are approved by AICTE.

Universities like JIS do not need separate AICTE approval for the entire university because they are already approved by UGC. But still, their technical courses have AICTE approval. JIS University also has other recognitions from NAAC, NBA, AIU, PCI, and BCI.

That means your degree from JIS University is valid and recognized in India.
