Jelet rank 410general can getting admission in chemical engineering kgec

SEJAL JAIN 20th Nov, 2025

Hello

With a JELET rank of 410 in the General category, getting into Chemical Engineering at KGEC is quite difficult because their cutoffs are usually much lower. KGEC is one of the top government colleges, so seats fill quickly with higher-ranked students. You might still get chances in lower-demand branches or in later rounds.

I am doing my 12 as private candidate now want to fill the form of jee main what should be the school name and what should be the school pin code be write on application form

Prachi Kumari 20th Nov, 2025

Hello,

You can fill the JEE Main form even if you are a private candidate

Write the name of the school/board from where you are appearing as a private candidate .
If your Class 12 admit card or registration slip shows a school/centre name, use that exactly.

If your board lists you as a “Private Candidate” under the board name , then write:

CBSE – Private Candidate
(or your board name – Private Candidate)

Use the pin code of the examination centre/school mentioned on your Class 12 private candidate admit card or registration details.

If your board does not give any school address and only shows the regional office address, then use the regional office address pin code given by your board.

Hope it helps !

I am studying in class 11 in RBSE school, can I take admission in class 12 in CBSE school

Prachi Kumari 20th Nov, 2025

Hello,

Yes, you can take admission in Class 12 in a CBSE school after studying Class 11 in an RBSE school.
But it depends on a few conditions:

  1. The CBSE school must agree to give you admission.

  2. You need to submit all required documents , like Class 11 report card, transfer certificate (TC), migration certificate, and other school papers.

  3. Some CBSE schools may not allow direct admission in Class 12 , because CBSE prefers that a student studies both Class 11 and 12 in the same school.
So it depends on the school’s rules.

Visit the CBSE school where you want admission and confirm their policy. Some schools allow it, some don’t. If the school agrees, then there is no problem .

Hope it helps !

Hello everyone , I have a quick question regarding JEE Main Registration. I am currently in the process of applying for OBC NCL and i dont have certificate id or tracking id yet. Can i still slecet category as OBC NCL and leave the application nbr blank and produce cert later during counselling

SEJAL JAIN 20th Nov, 2025

Hello Aspirant

You should not leave the OBC-NCL certificate ID blank in the JEE Main form it can create problems later.

NTA wants the certificate details while filling the form, not just at counselling. If you can, apply for the OBC-NCL certificate immediately so you get the ID on time.

If you fail to submit the certificate during counselling, your category will shift to General. It’s safer to enter OBC-NCL only if you’re sure you’ll get the certificate before counselling.

Hope it will help you
