Based on your CRL of 130000 and OBC rank of 46000, you have a moderate chance of getting branches like Mechanical (ME) or Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) in lower NITs or newly established IIITs through the CSAB special rounds.
Your chances are better in NITs such as NIT Mizoram, NIT Nagaland, NIT Sikkim, and NIT Arunachal Pradesh. Some IIITs like IIIT Bhagalpur, IIIT Agartala, and IIIT Manipur may also accept candidates at your rank, especially for non-CS branches.
Admission in core NITs is unlikely, but if you keep your options open and fill in as many choices as possible during CSAB, there is a possibility.
1. Vignan Lara – CSE: This is the best option overall. CSE has the highest placement demand across all colleges. Vignan Lara has a decent track record, and since CSE is the most preferred branch, it gives you better chances for internships, jobs, and future tech roles.
2. VVIT – IT: IT is similar to CSE in terms of subjects and placements. VVIT is a good college with solid infrastructure and environment. If you prefer VVIT’s campus or faculty, IT is still a safe and career-friendly choice, just slightly behind CSE in placement weight.
3. LBRCE – AID: AI & Data Science is a trending field, but it’s still new in Tier 2 colleges. Placements can be inconsistent, and core companies may be fewer. It’s good only if you’re really into AI/ML and open to doing extra certifications or higher studies.
Finally CSE at Vignan Lara is your best bet placement-wise. VVIT IT is a strong second if you like the college better. LBRCE AID is a riskier but future-oriented option if you're passionate about that field.
Hi! With 434 marks in NEET and BCB category from Andhra Pradesh, you have some decent chances in both government and private colleges.
You should first try for top government colleges like RIMS Kadapa, Guntur Medical College, Kurnool Medical College, Siddhartha Medical College in Vijayawada, and ACSR in Nellore. These are competitive, but it's still worth listing them high in your choices.
Next, you can aim for mid-level government colleges like those in Ongole, Anantapur, and Srikakulam. These may have slightly lower cutoffs and better chances at your score.
As backup options, include private colleges like NRI in Chinakakani, Sri Padmavathi in Tirupati, Katuri in Guntur, PES in Kuppam, and Apollo in Chittoor. These usually accept scores in your range under the B-category.
Make sure to list all colleges in priority order during counselling. Always fill more choices rather than fewer, as cutoffs can drop in later rounds. Keep your documents ready and stay updated with official counselling notifications.
Hi! That 5.8 lakh figure mentioned for the extended stray round at MMMH is for the management quota seat, not the state quota seat. Here's a clearer breakdown:
• State quota seats in Himachal Pradesh are allocated through merit-based counselling with NEET ranks—no fee like 5.8 lakh is involved. • Management quota seats in private colleges like MMMH require payment of a fee, which is what the 5.8 lakh refers to.
So, if you're aiming under the state quota, you should look for closing ranks or cutoff marks rather than that fee amount.
The environment encompasses the natural world around us—air, water, plant life, animals, and the ecosystems that support all living things. Maintaining a clean and healthy environment is absolutely vital for human survival and overall well-being. Yet, challenges such as pollution, deforestation, climate change, and unsustainable human behavior continue to threaten environmental stability.
There are practical steps students and citizens alike can take to conserve the environment. For example, minimizing the use of plastics and opting for alternatives like cloth bags can significantly reduce waste. Planting trees, whether at home, in schools, or throughout local communities, helps enhance green cover and reduce atmospheric carbon dioxide. Additionally, conserving water, switching off lights when not required, and choosing public transport or cycling instead of private vehicles contribute to lowering one’s carbon footprint.
Raising awareness about environmental conservation among peers and family members is equally important. When individuals collectively commit to small, positive actions, the resulting impact on the environment can be substantial.
At Careers360, we encourage students to prioritize not only academic achievement but also active participation in building a sustainable future. A balanced focus on education and environmental responsibility is essential for long-term societal progress.
Yes, BBAU main campus in Lucknow does offer BCA. It is a regular 3-year undergraduate course available at the main campus itself. You don’t need to take admission at the Amethi campus if you don’t want to.
Andhra Pradesh has more B.Sc. Forensic Science options than Telangana. Aditya Degree College (with campuses in Kakinada, Eluru, Vizag, Rajahmundry) and GIET Degree College offer this course under state universities. Rajiv Gandhi Degree College is a government-affiliated option with lower fees.
In Telangana, options are limited. RBVRR Women’s College in Hyderabad and SR University in Warangal offer B.Sc. Forensic Science.
If you want more choices, Andhra Pradesh is the better option.
Hello,
The seat availability for B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering depends on the specific college, university, and when you are applying for the admission process. In highly ranked institutions such as IITs, NITs, and some top private universities, seats in this branch are usually filled due to high demand.
Electronics and communication is one of the most preferred engineering branches because it covers both hardware and software learning. If you graduate from this field, you can find opportunities in electronics, telecommunications, IT companies and even public sector jobs. This makes it a competitive course, especially in top colleges. In many state-level engineering colleges or private institutions, some seats are still available in later counseling rounds or through management quota. If you are looking for admission, it’s a good idea to check the official websites of colleges or the respective counseling portals regularly for updates.
Wishing you the best of luck in your admission journey!
For NEET 2025, students who are in the PwBD category (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities) must get a disability certificate before applying. This certificate must be from a government medical board that is officially approved under the RPwBD Act 2016. You cannot get this certificate after the NEET exam. It must be ready and uploaded during the NEET application period.
Usually, the NEET application starts in February and ends in the first week of March. So, you need to visit the approved medical hospital before that and complete the disability test. There is no special testing done by the NEET exam body later. Everything related to the certificate should be done in advance.
If your disability is 40% or more, and the certificate is uploaded correctly, you will get reservation benefits and also extra time during the NEET exam.
To find the list of approved medical boards for the certificate, check the official NEET information bulletin when it is released on the NTA website.

Between VIT-AP (Bhimavaram campus does not exist, you may mean VIT-AP Amaravati) offering IT (Information Technology) and SRKR Engineering College (Bhimavaram) offering AIDS (Artificial Intelligence and Data Science), here is a simple comparison to help you:
VIT-AP (IT Course) It is part of the VIT group, which has a national brand name. VIT-AP is new but growing. IT course at VIT gives good exposure to coding, software development, internships, and projects. VIT also has centralized placement from Vellore main campus which supports AP campus to an extent. Facilities are modern. Some big companies do visit.
SRKR (AIDS Course) SRKR is a well-established college in Andhra Pradesh. The AIDS course is new but becoming popular. SRKR has a strong academic base, and local companies do come for placements. The AIDS course focuses more on machine learning, AI, and future tech. Teaching is good but placements are more limited compared to VIT.
Which is better? If you want a better campus, national brand, and more chances for software jobs, choose VIT-AP IT. If you want to stay local and focus on AI-related career and are okay with medium-level placements, then SRKR AIDS is also a good choice.
For future growth, VIT-AP IT may give you more exposure and flexibility for higher studies or job opportunities.
