I submitted my name wrong while registering in polytechnic and how could i edit it ?

Nitin Kumar 31st May, 2024

Many institutions offer a short window after the initial registration period for students to correct mistakes in their applications.Look for announcements or information on the official website of your polytechnic or the entrance exam you applied through (if applicable). If there is a correction window open, follow the instructions provided to edit your name online.

If there is no correction window available online, reach out to the admissions office of your polytechnic directly. You can find their contact information (phone number or email) on the institute's website.Explain your situation and inquire about the possibility of correcting your name in the registration.

Be prepared to provide supporting documents to verify your identity and the correct spelling of your name. This might include:

Photocopy of your Class 10th or 12th mark sheet

Photocopy of your ID card (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, etc.)

Any official document with your correct name (if applicable)

I hope it helps!

i submitted my name in wrong term while registring in poly and how could i edit it ?

Nitin Kumar 31st May, 2024

Look for an " Edit Registration " or " Correction Window " option on the official website of your polytechnic. Some institutions offer a brief period after registration for students to fix mistakes.

f there is no online correction option, contact the admissions office of your polytechnic immediately . You can find their contact information (phone number or email) on the institute's website. Explain your situation and ask about the possibility of correcting your name.

Be prepared to provide documents to verify your identity and the correct spelling of your name. This might include:

  • Photocopy of your Class 10th or 12th mark sheet
  • Photocopy of your ID card (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, etc.)
  • Any official document with your correct name (if applicable)

There might be a processing fee associated with name correction. In rare cases, if the mistake is substantial (e.g., wrong first name), you might need to submit a written request explaining the error and requesting the correction.

I am currently working and completed my graduation (BA in Political Science) & MA (Economics) through distance learning (IGNOU). I have been working for more than 5 years now in back office opertaions. Now planning to pursue US CPA & certification in Data Science and ML. Would that be a good option?

Nitin Kumar 31st May, 2024

Yes, pursuing a US CPA licensure and a certification in Data Science and ML could be a very good option for you

The combination of US CPA (accounting, finance) and Data Science/ML is unique and valuable. Businesses increasingly need professionals who understand both financial data and how to analyze it using advanced techniques.
This combination can open doors to exciting career opportunities in areas like financial data analysis, risk management, fraud detection, and financial modeling with a data-driven approach. Your back-office operations experience can provide valuable context for applying data analysis to real-world business problems.

Both US CPA licensure and Data Science/ML certification require significant dedication. Research the time commitment for each and plan accordingly. There will be costs associated with exams, study materials, and potentially data science/ML bootcamps. Budget accordingly. There are various data science/ML certifications available. Explore options that align with your career goals (e.g., Python for Data Science, Google Cloud Professional Data Scientist).

i have done diploma in AME and Masters from National academy of legal studies and research. am I eligible for PhD?

Nitin Kumar 30th May, 2024

It's unlikely you would  be eligible for a Ph.D. program directly with your current qualifications (diploma in AME and Masters in Law).

Ph.D. Entry Requirement: A Ph.D. program typically requires a master's degree in a related field to the Ph.D. program you wish to pursue. Your diploma in AME (assumed to be Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering) and Masters in Law are from completely different fields.

Consider pursuing a master's degree in a field related to engineering (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering) before applying for a Ph.D. This would provide a stronger foundation for research in an engineering field. If you are highly interested in research, consider gaining experience by working as a research assistant on engineering projects. This can demonstrate your research aptitude and strengthen your Ph.D. application.

is there any uniform in bcom llb course in vnsgu?

Nitin Kumar 30th May, 2024

No, students enrolled in the B.Com LL.B course at Veer Narmad South Gujarat University (VNSGU)  most likely don't have a mandatory uniform to wear daily.

Several sources point towards the absence of a mandatory uniform for the B.Com LL.B program at VNSGU.The absence of any mention of a uniform on the VNSGU website or the B.Com LL.B program description also suggests it's not mandatory.

While there might not be a daily uniform, the expectation might be for students to dress professionally. This could involve formals or semi-formals depending on the occasion or specific course requirements.

I had not wrote my version code in kcet exam

Nitin Kumar 31st May, 2024

Failing to write the version code in your KCET OMR sheet can be a concern, but there might still be a chance your answer sheet gets evaluated.  While it's important to address this, try to stay calm. Many students might forget to fill out certain details in the OMR sheet.

KEA might consider evaluating your answer sheet if all other details are filled correctly (especially your roll number).
