Prachi Kumari 26th Jul, 2025

Hello,

If you have less than 50% marks in graduation, then you are not eligible for CTET Paper 2 under the general category.

However, if you belong to SC/ST/OBC or PwD category, then you may be eligible with 45% marks in graduation along with a B.Ed degree as per NCTE norms.

Hope it helps !

snq quota is usefull for bams admission?

Ayush Madanpotra 26th Jul, 2025

Yes, SNQ quota can be useful in some courses, but it is not commonly used for BAMS admission.

SNQ means Supernumerary Quota. It is an extra quota made mainly for students from economically weaker backgrounds. This quota is mostly available in engineering and technical courses. In medical courses like BAMS, SNQ quota is usually not available.

BAMS admission is mostly done through NEET score. Seats are given based on all India quota, state quota, category quota like SC, ST, OBC, EWS, or sometimes management quota. SNQ quota is not mentioned for BAMS in most states.

But each state has its own counselling process for BAMS. So, it is better to check your state’s official counselling website to confirm if SNQ quota is used for BAMS in your state.

I have my obc certificate which belongs to non creamy layer before closing date of application of RRB recruitment of any exam and prescribed format of OBC NCL after the closing date of application, Will my Candidature be cancelled at the time of document verification or it will be accepted????????

gopi 26th Jul, 2025

Hello Aspirant,

According to RRB rules, OBC Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) certificate must be in its prescribed format and issued before closing of the application to be accepted. If you had a valid OBC NCL certificate before the closing of the application date (even if not in exactly the prescribed form) and then later had an OBC NCL certificate issued in the prescribed format, it is accepted as long as the original certificate establishes you belonged to the Non-Creamy Layer before the closing date at the time of the document verification.

However, whether it will ultimately be accepted will depend upon the final decision of RRB officials at the time of verification. It will be safer to carry both old and the prescribed format, together possibly with an affidavit or explanation letter as necessary.

my air rank 186356 can I get admition in which private medical college

Nikita shahi 26th Jul, 2025

Hello,

With an All India Rank of 1,86,356 in NEET, getting a government MBBS seat is difficult but you can get admission in private medical colleges especially if you are open to exploring different states and can manage the higher fee structure.Private MBBS colleges in states like Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan, and Maharashtra often admit students with ranks up to 2.5–3 lakh under the management or NRI quota, depending on the college and the demand that year.

Here are a few private colleges where you could possibly get a seat:

  • Sri Siddhartha Medical College, Tumkur (Karnataka)
  • Rama Medical College, Kanpur or Hapur (UP)
  • Saraswati Medical College, Unnao
  • KS Hegde Medical Academy, Mangalore
  • Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS), Karad
  • Dr. D.Y. Patil Medical College, Pune or Kolhapur

Fees in private colleges usually range between 10–18 lakhs per year, depending on the college’s reputation. Keep in mind that in some cases, hostel and miscellaneous costs are additional.

Register for the central counseling through MCC and also through state counseling portals. Participating in mop-up and stray vacancy rounds is crucial, as that’s when lower-ranked candidates often get placed.

sir,i did not pay the tution fee for the first phase of eapcet counselling as the alloted clg was not desired by me. but im not able to login to exercise options for second phase. is there a solution for this

gopi 26th Jul, 2025

Hello Aspirant,

If you did not pay the tuition fee after the first phase of EAPCET counselling, the allotment is deemed cancelled, and you may find that your login is disabled for the second phase. You can still take part in further rounds if you do the following:

  1. Go to the official EAPCET (https://cets.apsche.ap.gov.in/EAPCET/) website and check for a re-registration link or the "Fresh Candidate Registration" link (usually available before the start of Phase 2).
  2. Register again using your hall ticket and the other details and undergo the process of certificate verification (if applicable).
  3. Pay the processing fee again if asked, then you will be able to exercise web options in the second phase.

Hi my degree was discontinued since 2019 but I have no idea about how to completed my degree

Nikita shahi 26th Jul, 2025

Hii,

If your degree has been discontinued since 2019, the first thing you should do is contact the university or college where you were enrolled. Every university has its own set of rules regarding academic discontinuation and re-admission. In most cases, universities allow students to resume studies within a certain number of years under a readmission policy. Since it’s been a few years, you might have to submit an application for readmission or request permission from the academic board

Some universities also have special or backlog exams for discontinued students. Make sure to gather your past mark sheets, ID proof, and any correspondence or leave letters (if applicable) to support your request. If the gap is too long and rejoining isn’t allowed, you might have to start afresh in a new program but don’t worry, many open universities like IGNOU or NIOS allow credit transfers.

Hope you will find it helpful!
