CSE/IT is difficult at this rank. Focus on core branches and apply in private or semi-govt colleges through counselling.

With a 2095 rank in TS POLYCET, you have a good chance of getting Mechanical Engineering and possibly EEE at Masab Tank Government Polytechnic. These branches usually have higher closing ranks (Mechanical closes around 3800+), so you're well within the safe zone.

However, branches like CSE, ECE, and Civil generally close below 1000 rank, so they are not likely at your rank.

Focus on selecting Mechanical and EEE during counselling and keep some backup government colleges in mind, just in case.
