I have not any sports certificate, but i did graduation in Physical Education with 60% , i just want to know that is sports certificate numbers/marks will be add in merit list or not please answer me Thank You.

Abhilasha Agrawal 21st Aug, 2025

If you have completed graduation in Physical Education with 60%, then your admission/selection will mainly be considered on the basis of your academic marks. Sports certificates are generally given extra weightage or bonus marks only in courses, jobs, or recruitments where a sports quota is applicable. Since you don’t have a sports certificate, you won’t get those extra marks, but your merit will still be calculated purely from your academic percentage. So, sports certificate marks are not compulsory, they are just an added advantage where applicable.

RT IN CHEMISTRY CAN I IMPROVE THE SAME FROM NIOS AND TAKE ADMISSION IN NEET & BPT. ARE THEY ACCEPTS BOTH THE MARKSHEET? KINDLY HELP ME FROM THIS SITUATION.

Abhi sonkar 21st Aug, 2025

Good morning, you can absolutely improve your RT (Repeat Theory) in Chemistry through NIOS, and use the new marksheet for NEET and BPT admissions  but there are a few key things to keep in mind to ensure your eligibility stays intact

Step-by-Step: Using NIOS Improvement for NEET & BPT

1. NIOS Improvement Validity

NIOS is a recognized national board under MHRD and accepted by NTA (NEET) and most universities for BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) admission.

You can reappear in Chemistry via NIOS and get a fresh marksheet showing improved performance.

2. Dual Marksheet Handling

During NEET or BPT counseling, you’ll need to submit both marksheets:

Original board marksheet (with RT)

NIOS marksheet (with improved Chemistry score)

The best score is considered for eligibility, provided both are from recognized boards.

3. NEET Eligibility

Must pass Physics, Chemistry, Biology individually with 50% aggregate (UR) or 40% (SC/ST/OBC)

NIOS improvement marks are accepted as long as:

You meet the subject-wise pass criteria

You’ve completed 12th with Biology as a core subject

4. BPT Admission

Most BPT colleges (Govt & Pvt) accept NIOS marksheets, especially if you’ve cleared Chemistry through improvement.

Some state counseling portals may ask for an affidavit or clarification letter if marksheets are from different boards — I can help you draft that if needed.

Important Tips

Keep your NIOS enrollment receipt and result certificate safe

During document verification, clearly mention that Chemistry was improved via NIOS

If applying to state quota seats, check if the state board recognizes NIOS (most do, including UP, MP, Maharashtra)

can we add fresh course in 2nd round neet councelling if we dint get seat in 1st round councelling for other course???

Abhi sonkar 21st Aug, 2025

Good morning.  yes, you can absolutely add fresh courses in Round 2 of NEET UG counselling, even if you didn’t get a seat in Round 1

Modify your choices: You can add, remove, or change courses and colleges during the Round 2 choice filling window.

Fresh course selection: You’re free to include new courses like BDS, BSc Nursing, AYUSH (BAMS/BHMS), or MBBS if they weren’t selected earlier.

No seat in Round 1 No problem: If you registered in Round 1 but weren’t allotted a seat, you can directly participate in Round 2 without re-registering2.

Key Points to Remember

Round 1 choices are not carried forward — you must fill new choices in Round 2.

If you don’t fill fresh choices, you won’t be considered for allotment in Round 2.

You can also change your course preferences entirely, as long as you meet the eligibility criteria.

Can I submit expired ncl obc certificate during form filling because new certificate will take time ?

Abhilasha Agrawal 21st Aug, 2025

You cannot submit an expired OBC-NCL certificate during form filling.

UPSC and other bodies require a valid certificate issued within the last year.

If you upload an expired one, you may be treated as General category.

Apply for a fresh certificate immediately from your authority.

Keep the acknowledgment/receipt as proof while waiting.

Final verification will only accept a valid certificate.

My NEET PG All India rank is 45336. I need prediction of admission into MS-Obs&Gny/Opthal/ENT courses in private medical colleges of madhya pradesh under all india quota. Im domicile of maharashtra. Please help

Nikita shahi 21st Aug, 2025

At a rank of 45,336, getting MS-Obs & Gyn or Ophthalmology in top private colleges of MP is a little difficult, as these courses close at much lower ranks (under 20–30k usually). However, you may still have chances in some colleges .

You can use this tool for predict your college: https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-pg-college-predictor

For ENT, chances are better compared to Obs & Gyn. You should definitely apply in Mop-Up rounds where vacant seats often open up, and sometimes cut-offs go higher.

Thank you!

Can I do course on oceanology by taking arts ? And if I can in which college with better course option

Abhilasha Agrawal 21st Aug, 2025

With an Arts background, you cannot take direct admission in B.Sc. Oceanology, as it requires science subjects.

However, you can study Geography, Environmental Studies, or related Arts courses at UG level.

After graduation, you can pursue M.A./M.Sc. in Marine Studies, Oceanography, or Coastal Area Management.

Top institutes offering Oceanography include Goa University, CUSAT (Kerala), and Andhra University.

The National Institute of Oceanography, Goa is also renowned for research opportunities.

So, Arts students can reach Oceanology through an indirect pathway via related subjects.

How can I focus on political science more in class 11

Deepthi Pradeep 23rd Aug, 2025
To focus more on Political Science in Class 11, you should build a clear study routine. First, read the NCERT textbook thoroughly, as it is the base for your concepts and exams. Make short notes of important terms, thinkers, and case studies to revise quickly. Along with that, practice previous year questions and sample papers to understand the exam pattern. Watching news debates, following reliable current affairs, and reading newspapers will also help you connect theory with real-life politics. Try to revise regularly instead of last-minute cramming and discuss topics with friends or teachers to strengthen your understanding. This will help you score well and develop real interest in the subject.
