Yes, you can do 12th again with Biology stream if you want to change your stream. But you will have to take fresh admission in a recognized board (like CBSE or your State Board). Your Commerce mark sheet will still be valid, but for the Biology stream, you will need to study the new subjects and appear for exams again. Both mark sheets will be counted separately. Changing stream is allowed, just follow the rules of the board.
