In 2024 The closing rank for general for CSE in vasavi college was 15844.So  the seat allocation will depend on your quota and availability of seats in the college.

A rank of 20114 makes it difficult to get CSE in Vasavi Engineering College, Tadepalligudem through general counselling, as CSE usually closes at a lower rank.

According to 2024 for b c category ,colleges like Jaya Engineering College, Prakash Nagar, Thiruninravur, had cutoffs like 104 ,S.A. Engineering College (Autonomous) Thiruverkadu at 150.So you can check the cutoffs in this link from 2024 and make an assumption about the range of cutoff in 2025 cutoff.

Choosing Electrical Engineering (EE) rather than Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at PMEC is about your interests and eventual career goals. If you are famous for your core engineering studies, power systems, and electronics, and see yourself working in the PSU government sector (GATE-based starters), EE is a safe option for you. On the other hand, if you are leaning towards CSE, overall, CSE placements have better packages and opportunities in the anticipated private sector, IT, or software after graduation.

Overall, at PMEC, CSE placements appear to have many more opportunities, than EE placements. There are many valuable opportunities in EE. However, if you are more comfortable with hardware, control systems, or simply want to explore your potential for IES/GATE, I personally would endorse exploring options in EE.
