I have completed BSC.Botany now. I have no idea? What I do next M.Sc or UPSC?

gopi 12th Jun, 2025

Hello Aspirant,

If you have finished your B.Sc. Botany, it is up to your inclination and career objectives to decide between M.Sc. and UPSC.

  • Select M.Sc. if you have a profound interest in the subject and aim for a career in research, teaching, forestry, agriculture or environmental science.
  • Select UPSC if you have an interest in serving the country through administrative services and are willing to dedicate 1-2 years to rigorous preparation.

94 percentile OBC category mein 27thousand rank hai kya IIIT mein cse branch ya ai mein seat milsakti or kaun se round mein milega

Kishan Bhakat 12th Jun, 2025

hi,

With a 94 percentile and 27,000 OBC rank, getting a seat in CSE or AI in top IIITs like IIIT Hyderabad, IIIT Bangalore, or IIIT Allahabad will be very difficult because their cutoffs are usually much lower, mostly within 10,000 ranks or even less.

But you still have a fair chance in newer IIITs like IIIT Nagpur, IIIT Bhopal, IIIT Ranchi, IIIT Agartala, and similar institutes. In these colleges, sometimes seats in branches like AI, Data Science, or even CSE remain available in the later rounds.

You will most likely get a seat in the 5th or 6th round or in the CSAB special rounds because many students drop their seats and cutoffs go down in those rounds.

is it worth to take instrumentation and control branch in NIT Trichy or should i choose ECE in NIT nagpur or MNIT Jaipur?

gopi 12th Jun, 2025

Hello Aspirant,

If you have a strong interest in core engineering and also an interdisciplinary inclination toward fields like automation, robotics, or control systems, then Instrumentation and Control in NIT Trichy would be a great field to choose, NIT Trichy is one of the top NITs with good faculty, research exposure and great placements record for niche branches as well.
However, if you have a stronger inclination to become more software, electronics, communication level in the tech field, ECE in NIT Nagpur or MNIT Jaipur would be better options as they provide a wider breadth to careers and also a better mass placements options.

So choose NIT Trichy (ICE) as it is a prestige institute and if you have core engineering interest and decent academics. Also, you can choose ECE (Nagpur/Jaipur) for breadth in tech roles, coding based jobs, flexibility in all sorts of career paths.

my ews certificate issued in 2024 November 13 present valid or not in ap

Anushree Thakare 12th Jun, 2025

An EWS certificate issued on November 13, 2024, would be valid for one year from the date of issue, so it would be valid till November 13, 2025. However, it's necessary to check the specific regulations of the state of Andhra Pradesh (AP) as some states may have variations in the validity period, with some having a validity of only six months.

Thank you!!!

With an SVU local rank of 16,108 and an AP EAMCET rank of 58,639, admission to prestigious fields like CSE or EEE may be challenging.

In fields like mechanical or civil engineering, your chances are better.

Take into account admission to other branches and colleges.

Shubham Jha 12th Jun, 2025

Dear student,

If you're looking for medical colleges in Indore that are supportive and safe for girls , here are some top options. While there’s no exclusive government girls’ medical college, several co-ed institutions offer excellent facilities and a secure environment for female students.

1. SDPS Women's College, Indore

This is a women-focused college offering courses in nursing and allied health sciences. It’s ideal if you prefer an all-women campus with facilities designed specifically for female students.

2. MGM Medical College (Government)

One of the most reputed government medical colleges in Madhya Pradesh. Though co-ed, it has separate girls' hostels and a safe, inclusive environment. A top choice for MBBS in the region.

3. Sri Aurobindo Institute of Medical Sciences (SAIMS)

A leading private medical college with modern infrastructure and good clinical exposure. Offers separate hostel and support for girls, making it a solid option for MBBS and allied health courses.

4. Index Medical College

Known for its experienced faculty and good facilities. Though co-ed, it provides a secure campus with dedicated girls’ hostels.

If you share your preferred course (MBBS, nursing, BPT, etc.), I can guide you even better.
