i belong to west bengal state sc category im getting 234 marks in neet 2025 what can i get ?

Avanishsree VP 10th Jun, 2025

At 234 marks in 2025, you are unlikely to secure a seat in any MBBS or BDS program under both state and AIQ rounds. Instead, you can try out alternatives such as Alliedhealth sciences/paramedical courses, non-clinical undergraduate degrees, Ayush or other medical programs.

I just got my 12th dmc(essential repeat)from my school reception and i asked them about character certificate and they refuse to give me that, is character certificate important for colledge admission because i am going to give my 12th private?

gopi 10th Jun, 2025

Hello Aspirant,

A Character Certificate can be frequently needed to enter college, even for private 12th candidates, as some colleges have a requirement for you to present one to confirm your behavior. If your school does not want to provide you with a Character Certificate, it may be worthwhile to ask the college you wish to attend if they can accept other forms of declaration such as a self declaration, an affidavit, or a certificate from a community leader or gazetted officer. If the school is valid in their refusal of the certificate, consider approaching a higher authority (eg. district education officer) or the college and providing them with your situation to request they find an alternative or maybe even exempt you if they find a chance. It is always better to know these things before heading into a form of admission.

Sir/Madam I got 16179 rank in AP EAMCET. Can i get BVSC seat in SVVU under BC-b category

Kishan Bhakat 12th Jun, 2025

hi,

With a rank of 16,179 in AP EAMCET and coming under the BC-B category, honestly, it’s quite difficult to get a BVSC seat in SVVU Tirupati. Usually, for BC-B category, the BVSC seats close around 1,300 to 1,500 ranks. Your rank is much higher than the usual cutoff, so the chances are very low.

But don’t lose hope completely. You can still attend all the counselling rounds, including the final and spot rounds, because sometimes seats remain vacant and cutoffs may go a bit higher.

With 187.5 cut off belonging to MBC category can I get KCT college for ECE or CSE

Shubham Jha 10th Jun, 2025

dear student,

With a cutoff of 187.5 under the MBC category , your chances of getting CSE or ECE at Kumaraguru College of Technology (KCT), Coimbatore are quite low. These branches are highly competitive, and in recent years, the closing cutoffs for MBC candidates in CSE and ECE have typically been above 190 . Your score is slightly below the usual range, so it's unlikely you'll secure a seat in these top branches.

However, you may still have a good chance of getting other branches at KCT, such as Mechanical, Civil, or Biotechnology , which generally have lower closing cutoffs. Additionally, you can explore other reputed private engineering colleges in Tamil Nadu where CSE or ECE seats may be available for your cutoff. Make sure to list a range of colleges and branches in your TNEA counselling choices to maximize your chances.

good luck

which is better either electrical engineering in IIT ropar or ECE in NIT trichy or AI in NIT Roorkella

Avanishsree VP 10th Jun, 2025

Both are excellent choices, but if you are inclined to words software or tech industry , NIT Trichy ECE has a slight edge. If you are more interested in core engineering research or IIT prestige, then IITRopar EE is the best.

bina roll no. resukt kaise dekhe nmms ke

Avanishsree VP 11th Jun, 2025

How to Check NMMS Result Without Roll Number

  • State-wide PDF Merit Lists
    • Many states (TN, AP, Bihar, Kerala) upload PDF files with names, schools, districts, and scores.
    • Simply open the PDF, use Ctrl+F (or mobile search), type your name or school, and view your result—even without a roll number.
    • Some states require a portal login using a roll number.
    • If you don’t know yours:
      1. Ask your school (exam/application records).
      2. Check old admit cards—they often contain the roll number.
      3. Look for an SMS/email from SCERT containing the roll number.
  • No PDF or Portal Available?
Contact your school, district education office, or SCERT helpline to obtain your roll number or ask them to confirm your result

I have scored 368 in neet 2025 I belong to sc category will I get selected in government medical college and if yes which colleges I can get?

Shubham Jha 10th Jun, 2025

Dear student,

With 368 marks (SC category) , getting a government MBBS seat is unlikely under All India Quota or in most states, where cutoffs are usually 400–460+ .

You might have a slim chance in some low-cutoff states in later rounds , but it’s not reliable.

Better chances lie in private MBBS , BDS , or AYUSH courses where cutoffs are lower.

Jee main 11200 rank Jee advance 8700 rank I want to talk with adviser

Oishee Banerjee 13th Jun, 2025

Hello aspirant,

Congratulations on your performance in both JEE Main and JEE Advanced. With a JEE Main rank of around 11,200, you stand a decent chance of getting branches like CSE (in newer IIITs), ECE, Mechanical, or related streams in NITs such as NIT Calicut, NIT Nagpur, and NIT Rourkela, depending on your category and home state. Your JEE Advanced rank of 8,700 may fetch you seats in some of the newer IITs or less core branches in older ones like IIT BHU or IIT ISM Dhanbad.

If you're unsure about which college or branch to choose, it’s a good idea to first make a list of your priorities—like your preferred branch, location, research or placement focus—and then look at previous year cutoffs for those colleges. You can also use college predictors based on your rank to get a clearer idea of your options.

Hope this helps you take the next step confidently. All the best for your counselling and future journey.
