Yes, even if you get into a self financing medical institution the state quota in the first round, you can still take part in the second and third rounds of counselling for both the state and all India quota. If a better choice becomes available in later rounds, you may also be able to switch from a state quota seats to an all India quota.

If you get a seat in a self-financing medical college through state quota in the 1st round, you can still participate in further 2nd and 3rd rounds of counselling, but this depends on the rules of the respective state counselling and MCC guidelines.

Regarding shifting to All India Quota, if a seat is allotted to you in the 3rd round of state quota counselling, you cannot opt for AIQ in the same academic year because AIQ counselling is conducted before or alongside state quota rounds, and once a seat is confirmed under state quota, you are generally locked into that seat.

So for getting admission into SSN college for production engineering the expected cutt off for BC category is around 1500-3500 rank. Previous year the cutt off was around 2500 rank and in 2023 it was around 2200.

Cutt offs changes every year it depends upon the number of applicants,seats availablity and the level of difficulty of the exam. Try to score rank below 2000 to increase your chances.

Yes  AISSEE 2025 forms will be released by NTA usually around September–October 2024. The exam is conducted in January 2025.

If you have paid INR 57,000 for the 2nd counselling, but the 3rd counselling portal is not accepting the payment, usually the amount will not be lost. Most counselling authorities either carry forward the fee automatically to the next round or refund it after verification.

If you leave the Round 1 allotted college and join the Round 2 college, the refund usually takes around 7–15 working days, depending on the college and payment method.

For Computer Science Engineering at Osmania University , the closing rank in 2024 was about 153 which is very low than your rank.

So, with 780 rank, it is very unlikely to get a CSE seat there.
