With a NEET 2025 score of 262, you have some chances for paramedical and allied health courses e.g. B.Sc Nursing and Physiotherapy in West Bengal, especially in government or private colleges as per the 85% State Quota. For BDS (Dental), the cutoffs are considerably high, and maybe little difficult in Govt colleges - but you may have a chance in private dental colleges in the SC category. Both ANITS (Anil Neerukonda Institute of Technology and Sciences) and GVPCE (Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering) are well-known engineering colleges in Visakhapatnam, Andhra University affiliated institutions. The quality of information is only slightly different:

• GVPCE (Autonomous) has an academic reputation general better than ANITS, more industry experience for some/most faculty, and better placement record in CSE and ECE.
• ANITS is a good option, with good infrastructure; NAAC A+ grade in 2018; and has been improving with placement rates , specifically in core branch placements.

If you are looking for placement opportunities, peer group, and awareness of academics, GVPCE probably has the slight advantage over ANITS. But if you are looking for balanced University life and growing reputation , ANITS is a solid option.

Yes, you can get B.Sc. Radiology admission through MHT CET (PCB group) in Maharashtra.

Eligibility: 12th PCB with 50% (45% for reserved)

Admission: Through CET Cell counselling

Chances: Good with average to high PCB score

Only for: Maharashtra domicile students

With 502 marks in NEET 2025 (OBC, Rajasthan), you won’t get MBBS in government colleges as the cutoff is usually 600+.

You can try for private MBBS, BDS, or BAMS colleges under management or OBC quota.

Other good options include B.Sc. Nursing or paramedical courses.

And going by your AIR 345000 ST rank 8800, this year there is hardly any chance of you buying a seat in government MBBS.

It would be a good back up plan to concentrate on some other course such as private medical colleges or other courses such as BDS, BHMS, or BAMS.

We should also think of preparing seriously next year on NEET to get a better rank thereby raising hopes.
