With an AIR of 1,30,967 in NEET 2025, getting a government MBBS seat is quite difficult. State quota cutoffs in Maharashtra government colleges are usually below 60,000–70,000 rank. However, you still have chances in private medical colleges under the state or management quota. You can also keep an eye on stray vacancy rounds for leftover seats. Consider exploring BDS or allied health courses as good backup options, too.
