Got 363 marks in NEET and was first attemp. Had less focus on NEET in compare to 12th exam. 12th score is 94%. Please advise if taking a drop is advisable with focused study for NEET 2026 or go for Private colleague this year itself

Mitali Sharma 8th Jul, 2025

Hello

yes , dropping is a good option in your case.

You got 363 in NEET (first attempt) and 94% in boards . which shows you have potential.

Take a drop for NEET 2026 , if you can study with full focus. You can improve a lot and aim for a government MBBS seat .

Joining a private college now means very high fees and less value specially when you can do better next year.

some preparation tips for NEET 2026 .

ALL THE BEST

hope this helps you .

Vasundhra 8th Jul, 2025

Dear candidate ,
You can correct your DOB in the SSC registration form using the OTR correction window , if it is open .
If the correction window is closed , you cannot change DOB later , mismatched DOB may lead to rejection during document verification.
After closure , you may try requesting correction via your regional SSC office , but it is not guaranteed .

Respected sir / mam I got 5288 rank in TGICET 2025, 87% in BCA final year and 88% in intermediate can i get admission in CBIT for MCA?

Aryan 8th Jul, 2025

Hi dear candidate,

You have got a decent rank in TGICET exam as well as your BCA final year marks are also good. Your rank falls in the CBIT cut off but for the reserved categories only, if you are from general category then, it is slightly tough for you. If you belong to a reserved category (SC or ST) your admission is very likely. If you are from general category then you may need to wait till last round of seat allocation.
