With a NEET score of 144 under the EWS category, getting a BHMS seat in a government college might be a bit difficult as the cutoffs for BHMS in government colleges usually go higher. But you still have a chance to get admission in private BHMS colleges, especially through management quota or in states where the cutoff is relatively low.
