1. Mental Ability Test (MAT)
Topics include:

• Coding–decoding

• Pattern and figure problems

• Number puzzles

2. Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT)
This part has questions from:

• Science (Class 7 & 8 level)

• Social Science (History, Civics, Geography)

• Mathematics (Class 7 & 8 level)

3. Questions are MCQ type

• Each question has four options.

• You must choose the correct one.

4. No high-level syllabus
Questions are based on NCERT Class 7 and 8 .

Group of 17 elements is also known as halogens. That means they are the group of elements which are highly reactive nonmetals and capable of forming salts. All these elements are representative and belong to the p-block of the periodic table.

They exist as diatomic molecules, exhibit decreasing reactivity down the group, and show a change in physical state from gas to liquid to solid at room temperature, with increasing boiling points and densities.

The CG Board is now preparing for the Class 10 Half Yearly Examinations for the academic session 2025-26, like every year. This year, the CGBSE 10th half-yearly exam will start in the first week of of December in some districts, and for some districts it will start in the second week of December, based on their district-wise schedules.

If you mistakenly entered your serial number instead of your admission number during JEE Mains registration, you do not need to worry. NTA mainly verifies your identity through your name, date of birth, school details, photographs, and other documents. The admission number is not used for eligibility verification, so this mistake usually does not cause any issue.
If the correction window opens and allows editing of personal details, you can correct it. If the field is non-editable, you can leave it as it is because it will not affect your exam, admit card, or result. Just make sure all other details are correct.
