BCA course fees varies from institute to institute.
While in government colleges, it goes from 15000 to 50000, in private colleges it starts from 40000 - 50000 and goes up to 300000 per year.

With 311 marks in NEET 2025 and being from the BC-D category ,getting an MBBS seat in Govt Colleges is tough, as cut-offs are usually higher.however you have chances in private colleges or under management/NRI quota seats , depending on your state counsiling and fees
Consider BDS,BHMS or BAMS as options and definitely participate in councelling to explore all possible seats.
