Given the data by you, your diploma is considered the equivalent of a class 12 education.

But the universities don't accept to offer such equivalent certificates. Such recognition is handled by the state education boards or government institutions.

AIU usually manages the foreign study affairs, not state secondary board education diplomas for class 12. Usually, MPSBE handles providing those polytechnic diplomas, considering and verifying them for 2- or 3-year diplomas.

Just apply at https://mpbse.nic.in/ to get the equivalent certificate. Attest your educational documents and ID proof.

No, the Megha (NMMS) scholarship form is not open on 24 December 2025 .

• The NMMS/Megha scholarship form for 2025-26 was released earlier in the year.

• Most states and the National Scholarship Portal opened the form around June–July 2025 .

• The last date to apply was around September–October 2025 .

• After that deadline, the form was closed and you cannot apply now .

So as of 24 December 2025 , the scholarship form is not available for new applications.
You will have to wait for the next cycle (2026–27) to apply.
