Hello Aspirant,
Yes, You can even study tourism and hospitality without passing 10th. There are many institutes that offer short-term courses/ diploma/ certificate that do not require you to pass 10th. These short term courses, diploma and certificate courses focus more towards practical aspects like; customer service, front office, housekeeping, culinary basics, etc. You can plan to start with those courses, gain some practical experience and grow in the industry. Some programs even allow you to study while you are working.
Hello,
Sorry, but there aren't any public details about when the Arunai Engineering College will reopen for the 1st years. You can contact the official website, https://arunai.org/, for further queries. Here you can contact their admission office directly and ask them about this question.
I hope it will clear your query!!
It depends on college to college, like in DU the classes for many colleges are already started but some private colleges still have not finished the admission process and student intake is still underway. Anyways, at max by 22nd of August, all colleges and universities would have started their batch for 2025.
Kindly, check your mail if you have received any specific message regarding commencement of session.
If you’re confused between CSE at JSS Bangalore and ECE at PES EC, it really depends on your interest and career goals. If you're more inclined towards software, coding, and IT-based roles, then CSE at JSS is a better option because the demand and placements in computer science are generally stronger, especially in Bangalore. JSS also has a good reputation for CSE with solid placement records.
On the other hand, if you're genuinely interested in core electronics, robotics, or embedded systems and want to explore opportunities in both electronics and IT fields, then ECE at PES EC is also a decent choice, though PES main campus has a stronger brand. But in general, if placements and scope are your top priority and you’re okay with choosing software as a career, go for CSE in JSS.

The Maharashtra State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) administered the NMMS (National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship) test for the 2025–2026 school year. Class 8 students take the test in order to find and develop gifted children and give them financial aid. The Mental Ability Test (MAT) and Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) are the two exams that make up the test.

The SN1 mechanism (Substitution Nucleophilic Unimolecular) is a two-step reaction where the leaving group first departs, forming a carbocation intermediate. Next, a nucleophile attacks this carbocation to form the final product. It usually occurs in tertiary alkyl halides due to the stability of the carbocation. The reaction rate depends only on the concentration of the substrate, not the nucleophile.
Yes, it is possible that the same college gets allotted again in the 2nd extended round if you haven’t changed your preferences or if there are no better options available based on your rank, seat availability, and category. Seat allotment depends on merit, choices filled, and seat vacancy in that round, so if your previously allotted college still has seats and fits your rank and preferences, it might get allotted again.
