Yes, for admission to NSUT (under JAC Delhi), your OBC-NCL certificate must follow these rules:

1. Issued by Competent Authority of NCT of Delhi
2. Must match the JOSAA/JAC Delhi format (declaration for "admission to CEIs")
3. Must be issued after March 31 of the previous year.

With a CRL of 1.53 lakh, being an outside Delhi OBC candidate with defence quota priority VI, your chances of getting a CS-related branch like CSAM, CSD, CSSS, CSAI, or CSE at IIIT Delhi are unfortunately very low. The closing ranks for OBC and even for OBC with defence quota usually stay well below your rank, often within the top 80,000. Even with the quota, priority VI doesn’t offer as much relaxation as the higher priorities.

So realistically, it's unlikely you'll get a CS branch at IIIT Delhi with this rank this year. You might want to keep some backup options in mind or consider a drop year if IIIT Delhi is your goal.

The eligibility rules are clear that you must have already obtained your three-year engineering diploma before applying . Diploma students in their final year or awaiting results cannot fill the form .
