Hello Aspirant,
Yes, you stand a chance for a seat at Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur through ECET with a branch rank of 5606 in Electronics and Communication Engineering, but it depends on the cutoff ranks for that particular year and what category (OC/BC/SC/ST) you belong to. In general, core branches like electronics and communication engineering at top universities fill up in no time. However, I should mention that if you belong to a reserved category, you would have a better chance. AP ECET Rank - Wise College List

NEET is one of the toughest exam of India. Lakhs of students appear in this exam so getting a BDS seat below 300 marks is very difficult even in private colleges.
With just 100 marks in NEET, you can not get any good medical college in India.
Hope it helps you.

Contrast between All India Quota (AIQ) - Private AYUSH College and Government Quota in state AYUSH Counselling:
Hello Maruthi,
Yes, you have a decent possibility of securing a seat in Computer Science Engineering with a KCET rank of 77,100 under the ST category in some government or private colleges in Karnataka - especially the rural and newer institutions. This is under the assumption that you would likely not get into the top tier of colleges with such a rank. Using the KCET option entry portal and practicing mock allotments will allow you to be more strategic. KCET College Predictor 2025
As a NEET score of 145 and a student under SC category, an MBBS Seat in government medical college is very unlikely, considering that the SC category cutoff is in the range of 350-420+ in most states.
But there is no need to lose hope! Still there is a possibility of getting a seat in a private medical college either under SC quota or by management quota in your state since the closing ranks are low. Or as a good alternative, you can also think of BDS, BAMS, or BHMS or other allied health-sciences. State counselling rounds, mop-up rounds should also be observed.
As there are only 376 in NEET as OBC, it would not be possible to have an MBBS seat through Defence quota unless parental service makes a very big advantage, and even then, the cut-off is normally very high. The competitive seats are scarce in defence quota. Instead, consider alternatives like BDS, AYUSH (BAMS/BHMS), or allied health courses where lower NEET marks can still secure admission. Suppose you wish to become an MBBS then your focus could be on preparing better next year.
