Sorry, but you can't pursue both a BSc and an ITI together simultaneously. Because both of these are full-time programs, you are not allowed to pursue both together. You can first complete your BSc and then enroll in ITI. If you don't have any time, you can take a distance or part-time degree in the ITI but can't get a regular degree in the ITI.
I hope it clears your query.
You got 79.75 percentile in JEE Main and you belong to the OBC-NCL category. Whether you can get a seat in NIT Silchar depends on your home state and the branch you are aiming for.
If you are from Assam, you may have a chance in some branches like ECE, Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil. Getting Computer Science is difficult unless your rank is much lower.
If you are from another state, getting a seat in NIT Silchar will be more difficult, especially in top branches like CSE and ECE, because the closing ranks are much lower for other state candidates.
For example, in recent years:
For other state OBC candidates, CSE closed around 3900 rank, and ECE closed around 5800 rank.
For home state OBC candidates, CSE closed around 13,500 and ECE around 22,000.
So if you belong to Assam (home state), you have better chances in branches other than CSE. If not, then chances are low unless your actual JEE Main rank is below 8000.
Please check your category rank in the official JEE Main scorecard. That will help better during JoSAA counselling.

With a KEAM rank of 43,930, getting a CSE (Computer Science and Engineering) seat in top government colleges in Kerala is very difficult, especially in general category. But you still have good chances in:
1. Private self-financing colleges in Kerala You can get CSE or related branches like CSE-AI, IT, or ECE in private colleges during later rounds or spot admission.
2. Management quota or NRI quota These seats are easier to get but usually have higher fees.
3. Lower-demand branches or newer colleges If you're open to joining newer colleges or slightly less popular ones, you may still get a CSE seat.
4. Consider related branches If CSE is not available, you can try IT, ECE, or CSE specializations like Cybersecurity or AI, which may have slightly lower closing ranks.
What to do next: Wait for all rounds of KEAM counselling and also check individual college cutoffs during each round.

With your TS EAMCET BiPC 2025 rank of 35949 and OC category, you can get admission in some pharmacy colleges in Hyderabad through free (convener quota) seats.

Scient Institute of Pharmacy had a cutoff near 35,100. Your rank is slightly higher but you might get a seat in later rounds.
So yes, you can get a seat in B.Pharmacy in Hyderabad under the free seat quota in certain colleges.
You should take part in the counselling, choose colleges like Bharat School of Pharmacy, Bhaskar Pharmacy College, and similar ones, and keep an eye on further rounds.
You cannot get admission into veterinary college through AP EAMCET anymore. From 2023, veterinary seats in Andhra Pradesh are given only through NEET exam. So, your EAMCET rank of 12,000 under BCA category will not be considered for veterinary admission.
If you did not write NEET, you cannot join BVSc (Bachelor of Veterinary Science) in AP. You will need to write NEET and qualify with a good score next year if you want a seat in a veterinary college.
For BCA category girls, the NEET cutoff for veterinary in Andhra Pradesh is usually around 400 to 490 marks depending on the year and number of applicants.
If you want, you can still use your EAMCET rank for other courses like BSc Agriculture, BPharm, or DPharm under BiPC stream.
