Yes, a postgraduate student in English can definitely pursue a cybersecurity course. Cybersecurity does not require a specific background in engineering or computer science, especially for foundation or certification courses. You will need to learn the basics of computer networks, operating systems, and programming concepts, but many online and offline courses are designed for beginners from non technical backgrounds. Completing such a course can open opportunities in cybersecurity analysis, digital forensics, ethical hacking, and IT compliance, so it’s a good option even if your academic background is in English.
Hello,
Yes, after completing your class 10th, you can appear for polytechnic entrance exams in most states of India. Polytechnic is a great choice for students who want to pursue technical education early and get into diploma courses related to engineering, technology, or applied sciences. The eligibility is usually passing class 10 with Mathematics and Science subjects. Some states have their own entrance exams, like JEECUP in Uttar Pradesh, while in some places admissions are based on marks scored in class 10. Once you clear the exam, you can choose branches like Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, etc., depending on your interest. Polytechnic diplomas are of 3 years, and after that, you can either go for jobs or take lateral entry into B.Tech courses. It’s a very practical and skill-based route.

Thank you for your query, best of luck for your future!
Thank you for your question. With 364 marks in NEET, the chances of getting admission depend on various factors like category, cutoff trends of that particular year, and the number of available seats. SKS Ayurvedic or Medical Colleges in Mathura usually have varying cutoffs each year. If you did not get a seat in the first round, there are fair chances you might get it in the second or later rounds, as many students upgrade their seats, leaving some vacant. Also, your category (General, OBC, SC, ST, etc.) will play a major role in deciding your admission. I suggest you keep a close eye on the counseling portal, fill your choices carefully, and don’t lose hope even if you don’t get it in the second round—sometimes seats open up in mop-up rounds.
All the best!

Hello!
When it comes to writing B.Sc. exam papers, the language usually depends on the medium of instruction in your college or university. If your college teaches in English, then you are expected to write your answers in English. However, in many universities, especially in subjects like Botany, Zoology, or Chemistry, students are allowed to write in Hindi if they come from Hindi-medium backgrounds. To be completely sure, it is best to check with your university’s guidelines or ask your teachers. Generally, for scientific terms, you have to write them in English even if the rest of your paper is in Hindi, because subject-specific vocabulary is standardized. If you are comfortable in English, it’s advisable to attempt in that language, as most scientific references are in English.
Thank you for your question, and best of luck for your B.Sc. journey!
Hello! Since your percentile in JEE Main is below 40, getting seats in the top government colleges is very unlikely. For the 3rd round of counselling, you should focus on state level private engineering colleges or less competitive institutes that accept lower percentiles. You can check the JoSAA or your state counselling website for the list of participating colleges and their opening and closing ranks for previous years. Using this, you can identify colleges where your percentile may give you a chance, though options in government colleges will be extremely limited.
Hello dear!
First of all, congratulations on scoring 403 in NEET. Getting admission in government BAMS (Ayurveda) colleges in Rajasthan with this score will depend on your category and the cutoff for that particular year. Usually, for General category students, the cutoff for government Ayurveda colleges in Rajasthan goes a bit higher, but for OBC, SC, or ST categories, 403 can give you a fair chance. In the first round, sometimes it may be difficult if seats are limited, but don’t lose hope. Even if you don’t get a seat in round one, there are good chances in round two or mop-up rounds as many seats get reshuffled. I suggest you fill maximum choices of government Ayurveda colleges during counseling. Rajasthan has good BAMS colleges in Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, and other districts.

Hi,
AFMC (Armed Forces Medical College) is a great achievement because it combines medical education with military training. Before joining AFMC, you should prepare both mentally and physically. First, you need to gather all documents – NEET scorecard, admit card, certificates, domicile, caste certificate (if applicable), and medical fitness certificate. AFMC also conducts a personal interview and medical examination, so be prepared for questions related to general awareness, current affairs, and your motivation to serve in the armed forces. On the physical side, maintaining good fitness is crucial – practice running, basic exercises, and keep a healthy lifestyle since AFMC has strict medical and physical standards.
Also, be aware that AFMC students are bonded with the armed forces, meaning after graduation you serve as a medical officer in the Indian Army, Navy, or Air Force. So mentally prepare for a disciplined lifestyle and dedication to the nation.
