in my ap eapcet allotment order there was a mistake that pwd was there but i am not handicapped

Chelsie G 23rd Jul, 2025

If your AP EAPCET allotment order wrongly shows PWD status but you are not a person with disability, you should immediately report this error.

Visit your nearest helpline center or contact the AP EAPCET counselling authorities. Take your original documents, especially your application form, allotment order, and ID proof. Request for correction and make sure the mistake is officially updated. If not corrected, it may create problems during admission or certificate verification.

in my ap eapcet allotment order there was a mistake that pwd was there but i am not handicapped

SEJAL JAIN 24th Jul, 2025

If your AP EAPCET allotment order mistakenly shows PWD (Person with Disability) status, even though you are not handicapped, you should act quickly to avoid issues during admission.

Visit your help line center or allotted college immediately with all your original documents and inform them about the error. They may ask you to submit a written declaration or a correction request. It’s important to get it rectified before certificate verification or final admission, as providing incorrect reservation details can lead to cancellation of your seat.

Bsc nursing me admission ke liye kaun sa test dena hota hai

Yash Teotia 23rd Jul, 2025

Hello Manish

For taking admission in B.Sc Nursing you will have to give NEET (National Eligibility Entrance Test).

Maximum government and private colleges take admission in BSc Nursing through NEET also you can get direct/12th based admissions in some colleges but it will be better if you give NEET as you will have access to the best colleges.

can I get seat in vertinary with 17k rank in eapcet SC caste

Taabia Fathima 23rd Jul, 2025

Hey Keerthana,

With a 17,000 rank in EAPCET and belonging to SC category, you have a fair chance of getting a seat in bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) though, it's not guaranteed .You may get it  especially in later rounds of counselling. As cutoffs vary each year based on competition and seat availability, your chances depends on the college you choose.top colleges may close around 12,000 to 15,000, but seats in less preferred colleges have gone beyond 17,000 in some cases.Your chances improve if you have additional quotas like NCC,PH,CAP or sports.staying active in all counselling rounds will increase your chances of securing a seat in one of the govt or self-financed Veterinary colleges.

Ive filled form for Ba (hons) in foreign languages at jnu but i forgot which languages i chose in preference?what can i do to find out? plis help

Nikita shahi 25th Jul, 2025

Hi Ayush!

Thanks for your question, and don't worry this happens to many students!

If you’ve filled the form for BA (Hons) in Foreign Languages at JNU, but forgot your language preference, here’s what you can do:

You can follow these steps to check your filled preferences:

1. Login to the JNU admission portal same where you applied via CUET.

2. Go to Application Form Preview or My Applications.

3. You’ll find your language preference list under the Course Details section.

If the portal is closed, wait for the correction window or contact the JNU admission helpdesk via email. They are helpful and often allow minor corrections before councelling.

So the language you chose impacts counseling and merit lists, so it’s important to double-check it.

Best of luck

WHAT TO CHOOSE USAR OR MAIT DELHI CSE

Chelsie G 23rd Jul, 2025

If you're aiming for a strong CSE or IT core branch with higher placement stability and coding opportunities, MAIT is the safer, more proven choice.

If you’re passionate about cutting-edge fields like AI, ML, IoT, comfortable with an intensive curriculum, and okay with being part of a newer institution, then USAR could be worth it but only if you're dedicated and flexible.

for direct second year admission in btech colleges in Maharashtra are only last year percentage considered or all 6 semesters aggregates considered for admission.

Chelsie G 23rd Jul, 2025

For direct second-year admission into BTech in Maharashtra, the admission is based on the aggregate marks of all six semesters of your diploma, not just the final year. I checked the guidelines, and they clearly mention that the overall percentage across all semesters is considered for the merit list. So it’s important that your performance in all diploma years matters during the admission process.

obc validity is required for jee main and advanced exam 2026

Yash Teotia 23rd Jul, 2025

Hello Prasad

Yes, OBC validity is required for JEE Mains and JEE Advance 2026 exams.

For them, you will need to produce an OBC-NCL certificate issued on or after 1st April of the admission year (which is 2026 in this case so on or after 1st April 2026).

Without that, you will be treated as a General category candidate.
