Yes, there is still a chance to get a seat in the 2nd round if the cutoff goes higher. Cutoffs may increase if some students don’t confirm their seats.

Also, yes, you can add or change colleges in the 3rd round during option entry. So, keep checking the official website and choose colleges with higher cutoffs than your rank for better chances.

However, if you get a seat and take admission, then you have to pay the admission fees. For B.Com in government colleges, the yearly fee is usually around Rs. 2,000 to Rs. 5,000.
