Hello aspirant,
The score of 324 is not sufficient for government dental college and for private colleges also it might be challenging, if you are not from reserved categories. You should try and wait till last round, or you can apply through management quota. You can also explore other courses like homeopathy, ayurveda or physiotherapy. Or you can wait for next year and apply for neet again. For accuarte prediction of colleges use careers360 college predictor,

Dear student,
With a NEET 2025 score of 324 (General category) , getting a BDS seat in a government dental college is highly unlikely. Government college cutoffs for BDS usually fall between 450–550 marks for general category students.
Since you've cleared the qualifying cutoff (50th percentile), you’re eligible for NEET counselling . While your score is too low for a government seat, you can apply for private dental colleges , where the cutoff is generally between 250–400 marks .
BDS admissions happen through All India Quota (15%) and State Quota (85%) , so make sure you register and fill choices during counselling rounds. https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/bds-cut-off-for-neet-2025

With NEET AIR 2.8 lakh and EWS rank 32,000, getting MBBS in a government medical college in Kerala is very unlikely, even in lower-tier colleges.
The EWS cutoff for MBBS in Kerala govt colleges usually closes around 480–500+ marks.
You might have a slightly better chance for BDS in government dental colleges, but even that is tough under EWS with this rank.
You can explore:
Private MBBS/BDS colleges in Kerala
Deemed universities (higher fees, but easier admission)

Hello aspirant, With 256 marks in NEET, getting an MBBS seat through management quota is very difficult, even if you belong to the OBC category. Management quota seats do not follow reservation rules, and the cutoff for such seats in most private colleges is usually around 400 or above. Your score is quite below the typical closing scores for MBBS, even in mop-up or stray rounds.
If you're still interested in a medical career, you can consider BAMS, BHMS, or BDS in private colleges, where cutoffs are lower. Or, if MBBS is your only goal, it might be better to take a drop and prepare again to improve your score.
With 31 marks in AP PGCET (MA Economics) and ST category, you're eligible but chances for a seat in top/state universities are very low.
You can try in counselling rounds and also explore private colleges or backup options.
The admit card is usually released a few days before the scheduled date of the examination. Candidates are advised to regularly check the official website or contact the institution directly for updates regarding the release date of the admit card.
