Hello
For SC category students, the closing rank for MBBS in government colleges under the All India Quota usually goes up to around 1,37,000 to 1,40,000 . This means you’ll need a NEET score of about 550 to 575 marks to stay in the safe zone. These ranks can change slightly every year depending on the difficulty level and seat availability.
State quota ranks are often different and may go higher or lower based on the competition in that region. Private or deemed universities may have higher closing ranks but often come with higher fees. So, keep an eye on official counselling updates for the most accurate details.
Congratulations! Your TS POLYCET rank of 2880 under OC with EWS, secured you a CSE seat in Government Polytechnic, Masab Tank, which is an outstanding achievement as it is one of the best polytechnic colleges in Telangana.
About CSE:
CSE (Computer Science and Engineering) is one of the most sought-after groups due to large job potential in software, IT, and even government. If you like coding, computers, technology, etc., CSE is a good fit.
Which group is best?
It depends upon your care, here are the best diploma branches:
Yes, Telangana students are eligible to participate in AP EAMCET (now called AP EAPCET) and can get admission in Andhra Pradesh engineering colleges, but with certain conditions.
You must qualify AP EAMCET (which you already have).
You are considered a Non-Local candidate under Category C (15% unreserved seats are available for non-local students).
Admission is possible only in the unreserved quota seats in most colleges.
You must participate in the AP EAMCET counselling process just like AP candidates.
Keep all documents ready including Hall Ticket, Rank Card, 10th and 12th marksheets, and residency proofs.
All the best for your counselling process.
With 9369 rank in AP EAPCET 2025 and BC-A (Girls) category and AU (Andhra University) region, a seat in Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University (SVVU) for the B.V.Sc. & A.H. degree program might be quite difficult, because there are only a limited amount of veterinary seats and typically close under 2000 rank for BC categories due to reservation benefit, especially for girls.
That said, the cutoff ranks can always slightly change each year, based upon competition and the quota from each category. You can still apply and try to expose yourself to second/spot counselling rounds, or alternatives like animal husbandry, agriculture, or allied sciences at ANGRAU or Dr. YSR Horticultural University. Check here for more information: AP EAMCET Rank Wise Colleges List
Hello aspirant, With 60 marks in TS ICET, your rank will likely be in the 30,000 to 40,000 range. CBIT (Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology) is a popular choice, and while the top merit seats, especially for MBA, may close below rank 5,000, self financed and leftover seats remain open until the later counselling rounds. Your strong academic record (87 percent in BBA and 9.13 GPA in 10th) will only help during document verification and when competing for limited seats. I’d recommend applying through the state counselling portal, listing CBIT as a preferred option, and tracking each counselling round carefully. If you stay active, you have a reasonable chance at securing admission in MBA or related management programs there.

If you are seeking budget-friendly BA Psychology (Honours) programs in New Delhi, colleges under Delhi University (DU) are some of the top and most cost-effective choices. Institutions funded by the government, such as Indraprastha College for Women, Daulat Ram College, Kamala Nehru College, and Keshav Mahavidyalaya, provide quality education with yearly tuition fees varying from around Rs 540 to Rs 36,000, based on the college and your category.
For female students, numerous colleges are exclusively for women, although there are also co-educational alternatives available. If you are receptive to distance education or adaptable formats, the School of Open Learning (SOL), DU offers a BA Programme in Psychology at even more affordable rates, positioning it as one of the most economical options for this course in Delhi.
Hope this helps. All the best!
