Good afternoon
Unlikely for MBBS, even via management quota:
Private MBBS seats generally require 300–400+ marks some may go as low as 150–250 marks in management quotas .
At 141 marks, you're below even those relaxed cut-offs, and likely won't be eligible for MBBS.
On other hand you will get scholarship even while studying in private medical college but you have to match their criteria

If your annual family income is below 2.5–8 lakh, you can apply for need-based or merit-cum-means scholarships.

With a NEET score of 215 and OBC category, here’s an honest analysis of your chances for BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) admission in a government college:
1. All India Quota (15%)
Highly unlikely to get BDS in government dental colleges through AIQ.
Last year’s OBC cutoff for BDS (govt) under AIQ was around 440–470 marks.
You are well below the cutoff.
2. State Quota (85%)
Some states have lower cutoffs for reserved categories in BDS.
With OBC category, you might have a very slim chance in certain states (like Bihar, MP, Chhattisgarh, West Bengal) only in the last rounds, and only if vacant seats remain.
Hello aspirant, With 370 marks in NEET and BCD category, getting a government MBBS seat is unlikely, but you do have fair chances in private medical colleges, especially under the management quota or category-B seats. Many private colleges in states like Telangana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Uttar Pradesh have cutoffs in the range of 350–400 for MBBS under management quota.
You should participate in state counselling (especially Telangana if you're from there) and also register for Deemed University counselling through MCC, where private seats are available at slightly higher fees. If you're open to higher tuition fees, your chances are good in the later rounds or mop-up rounds
