Hello Shikha
If your name on Aadhar card is Shikha and in the call letter it is Shikha Shikha, then you may face problems during document verification.
So it is advisable to carry an affidavit stating that "Shikha Shikha" and "Shikha" are the same person which is you. As this step can help you avoid any unnecessary difficulty during document verification.
Thank You!!!
Hello Aspirant,
Sainik Schools do not typically release public lists of students who were selected but then medically disqualified. The medical examination is a crucial part of the admission process, and many conditions can lead to disqualification, such as certain vision or hearing impairments, chronic diseases like asthma or diabetes, severe skin conditions, or musculoskeletal issues. Each school conducts its medical board, and the decision is final.
The medical fitness standards are similar to those for the NDA (National Defence Academy) entrance. If a student is found medically unfit, their provisional admission is canceled.
Hello,
You can use our NEET PG All India College Predictor to predict which college you can get based on your score.
Hope it helps !
With an All India Rank (AIR) of 70,590 in NEET PG 2025, options for clinical branches in government medical colleges are very slim. Here’s a realistic picture:
Pre-clinical: Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry
Para-clinical: Pharmacology, Microbiology, Forensic Medicine, Community Medicine
Diploma seats (in some states/private colleges): Diploma in Anesthesia, Child Health, Ophthalmology (limited chances, mostly private)
At this rank, government seats are difficult for MD/MS Clinical branches. You will mostly find options in pre/para-clinical departments in government medical colleges.
You can get clinical seats (like Pathology, Microbiology, Community Medicine, Psychiatry, Anesthesia, ENT, Dermatology in some cases) in private or deemed universities, though tuition fees will be higher.
High seat states like Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, and Uttar Pradesh may still have availability in pre/para-clinical at this rank.
States with fewer PG seats (like North-East states, Himachal, Uttarakhand) will have very low chances.
Sorry to hear that you missed your 11th admission date. So, here you can explore other options like late admission at other schools, waiting lists, online/distance learning, or preparing for the next academic year. Also, you can speak to your schools directly about your situation.
I hope it will clear your query!!
Yes, you can try for admission into agricultural colleges in Odisha through CUET, but admission depends on the cut-off, seat availability, and category you belong to. With 409/1000, chances in top colleges may be less, but you may get into some colleges if seats remain.
Eligibility (general idea for agricultural courses):
Must have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics/Agriculture.
Should have qualified CUET in the required subjects.
Age limit is usually 17 years minimum.
Documents generally required:
CUET scorecard
Class 10 and 12 mark sheets and certificates
Transfer certificate, Conduct certificate
Caste certificate (if applicable)
Domicile certificate (for state quota seats)
Passport-size photographs
ID proof (Aadhaar, etc.)
Since you've completed your B.Sc., you have a few options for a Radiology course:
M.Sc. in Radiology / Medical Imaging Technology (2 years): This is a postgraduate degree. You'd need to check specific university requirements, as some might prefer a B.Sc. in Radiology/Medical Imaging, while others might accept a B.Sc. in relevant science fields (like Physics, Chemistry, Biology) with certain marks. Admissions are usually merit-based or through university-specific entrance exams.
Postgraduate Diploma in Radiology / Medical Imaging Technology (1-2 years): A shorter, more focused option. Eligibility again depends on the institution, but a B.Sc. degree is generally required.
You'll need to research colleges offering these programs, check their eligibility criteria, application deadlines (usually around July-August ), and fee structures. Look for colleges with good practical training and hospital affiliations.
Hey Swarali:)
Thanks for reaching out!
yes, you cannot change your category in the AIAPGET application now,but you can update it at the State counselling stage. You should submit your verified OBC-SEBC caste certificate, cast validity and NCL(if required)at the time of document verification. While submitting clearly inform the authorities that you had applied under open earlier because your cast validity wasn't ready and now you've all the documents.The. Counselling authority will then consider your vaste as OBC-SEBC for seat allotment. If you fail to submit or report this during verification, you'll remain in the open category.
However, contact the Counseling helpdesk in advance to avoid any issues.
Keep all orginal documents ready, report about the earlier open category and check the counselling schedule carefully.
Hope you'll find this helpful!
Yes, you can likely get a seat in D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education) ! It's a 2-year diploma course to become an elementary teacher after 10+2.
Admission primarily depends on your 12th-grade marks (usually requiring a minimum of 50%). Some states also conduct an entrance exam . You'll need to check the official website for your specific state's D.El.Ed admission process, as application forms are typically released around July-August . Government colleges have lower fees but higher cut-offs.
To know whether or not you can get admission in D.El.Ed , please ask your question with the name of college in which you are interested.
Thank you !
