For most boards (CBSE and state boards), improvement exams usually happen in July in the year you completed Grade 12. So, if you want to secure your upcoming admission this year to get into a veterinary college, you would need to write both subjects in July of this year (2025) on scheduled dates (for example, July 15 if they announce). If you also want, but want to write them next year, but:

1. You may have to take next year's improvement cycle (2026).
2. You will miss this year admission cycle for veterinary courses, and will likely have to apply next year.
