There is no official date announced yet for BSc Nursing counselling in MP your PNST score of 23 is a very low score you cant seats even in private colleges.

Your best option is to contact private nursing colleges directly to see if they offer admission for vacant seats after the counselling process is complete.

Your score is good for pgims you could try to transfer but it take lot of efforts,time and money.so i suggest you continue with your current university because at the end of the day you want bpt degree.

Just perform well in your academics,try to get good internship and build professional connections to unlock future oppurtunities.

There is no role of 12th marks,your B.Sc score is 53% is sufficient which meets at least 50% marks for common TET eligibility criteria for the general category but with this you also require teacher training qualification, such as a B.Ed . or D.El.Ed , to apply to TET.

Eligibility for TET is different by state so you need to check your state eligibility too.
