my SC rank in jee main is 136957 but my CRL rankis above 14 lakh which one will be considered in hstes ??

gopi 21st Jun, 2025

Hello Aspirant,

Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES) counseling typically considers the reserved category rank (SC rank) when providing the allotment of seats in that reserved category; for instance, SC reserved category candidates usually will be allotted a seat in the SC category based on their SC rank of 1,36,957, not their CRL (Common Rank List) rank. For example, for general/open category seats, the CRL rank will be considered. It is essential to upload valid category certificates. Please follow the instructions for counseling carefully.

Ive got 315 in neet Category OBC ANY mbbs college with minimum fee

Avanishsree VP 21st Jun, 2025

With 315 NEET marks (OBC category), getting an MBBS seat in government colleges is unlikely.

You can try for private or deemed universities, where admission is possible but fees range from 5–20 lakhs per year.

Consider BDS or allied health courses if you want lower fees.

Mhtcet cutoff for admission in btech biotechnology

Shubham Jha 21st Jun, 2025

Dear student,

If you're aiming for BTech in Biotechnology through MHT CET 2025 , your admission will depend on your rank, college choice , and category . While official cutoffs will be released after counselling, we can get a fair idea by looking at past years.

Expected Cutoff Ranges (General Trend)

Biotechnology generally has lower cutoffs compared to courses like CSE or IT. For General category , top government colleges usually close around 15,000 to 40,000 rank . In private colleges, the cutoffs can go up to 80,000 or even higher .

For OBC category , you may get in with a slightly higher rank , often 2,000–10,000 ranks above the general cutoff.

Examples from Previous Years

  • ICT Mumbai (Biotech) : Closed around 13,000–18,000 rank

  • VIT Pune / MIT Pune : Around 25,000–45,000 rank

  • Private Colleges : Many go up to 70,000–90,000 rank

  • Some lesser-known colleges may accept up to 1,00,000+

Passing Marks

To qualify, you’ll likely need:

  • General Category : At least 90 out of 200

  • OBC/SC/ST : Around 80 out of 200

i have 60000 rank in neet ug 2025 can i get mbbs in any state

Shubham Jha 21st Jun, 2025

Dear student,

With a NEET 2025 rank of 60,000 , it’s highly unlikely that you’ll get an MBBS seat in a government medical college , no matter what category you belong to. In recent years, government colleges under All India Quota and most state quotas have closed around 25,000 to 40,000 ranks , especially for General and OBC categories . In 2024, for example, the last government MBBS seat closed at around 590 marks , which is much higher than the rank you're at.

However, you still have some decent options .

You can try for MBBS in private colleges , especially in states like Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, and Uttar Pradesh . These states have more private seats and sometimes lower cutoffs in the mop-up or stray vacancy rounds . Just keep in mind that fees are high , often Rs 10–25 lakh per year .

If that doesn't work out or isn't financially feasible, you have a good shot at BDS (Dental), BAMS (Ayurveda), or BHMS (Homeopathy) in both government and private colleges. These courses generally have lower cutoffs and are still good medical career options.

  • If you’re passionate about medicine, BDS or BAMS are the best-value courses with career growth.

Please Suggest Me Can Better Future In BVSC And Animal Husbandry???

Avanishsree VP 21st Jun, 2025

Yes, B.V.Sc. (Bachelor of Veterinary Science) and Animal Husbandry offer a good future if you’re interested in animal care, agriculture, or government service.

You can become a veterinary doctor, work in animal health departments, research, livestock farms, or get into public service (PSC, UPSC). Job demand is growing, especially in rural health and dairy sectors.

It’s a stable and respected career, especially with further studies like M.V.Sc. or PhD.

I have 117 in neet on st category can I get clg

Avanishsree VP 21st Jun, 2025

With 117 marks in NEET under ST category, it is below the qualifying cutoff for MBBS/BDS admission in most states.

  • MBBS/BDS: Not likely, even under ST quota.
  • Alternative options: You can explore BAMS, BHMS, B.Sc. Nursing, Paramedical, or Veterinary (if eligible) through state-level counselling with lower cutoffs.

I have 117 in neet on st category can I get clg

lisa 1st Jul, 2025

With 117 marks in NEET under the ST category, it's unlikely you'll secure a seat in a government medical (MBBS/BDS) college, especially in a competitive state like West Bengal. The qualifying cutoff for MBBS/BDS is typically much higher, even for reserved categories. However, you might have a chance in other medical courses with lower cutoffs, or in private colleges with less stringent requirements.
